Joe is very knowledgable and was very helpful in answering all my queries regarding my home. He is the best.

Joe did an inspection in our home last week and did not leave the home in the same condition when he left. Pot lights were not put back in place, electrical wall cover plates cracked and missing screws, small hole in drywall under electrical cover plate, ceiling tiles moved out of position, drywall dust on floor, etc.Unfortunately, Joe showed a lack of care and respect in our home and I can't recommend him to others. We'll be filing a complaint with the OAHI.In speaking with our realtor, he said that Joe has a reputation in the community among realtors for being a poor inspector who makes up issues that exist.

Joe helped us out with designs for structural renovations. Rate was beyond reasonable, considering everything he did to provide guidance to the contractor. He always seemed to be available when we needed him.There is no way this could have gone as well without him!

I have used an inspector in Toronto for quite some time, but needed a Hamilton area inspector. I was referred to Joe by an inspector I trust and use regularly and let me tell you, Joe did not disappoint. He is just a thorough and detail oriented as my regular inspector. He acts and runs his business in a thorough, mature and professional manner and I am more than happy to have a go to inspector for the Hamilton area. I will definitely be using and recommending Joe in the future. When buying a home, it is extremely important to have an inspector like Joe.

Joe did a home inspection on a home I was considering purchasing. He was very knowledgeable, very professional, and very thorough. He found numerous issues that I would not have known about or considered. If you are buying a home, and you want a thorough inspection, I would highly recommend Joe. In the end I did not purchase the home he inspected due to the problems found. Next time around I will certainly call Joe again.
