RVR Kelowna - RV Rentals and Storage

We sold our trailer last year, not quite ready to purchase a new one. We decided to look into renting, these guys made it really simple and a great experience. The unit was clean and ready to go with everything you need at the time they said it would be ready. I have actually now rented the unit twice in the month of June, find the rate reasonable and again the service great. Marta was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. As well Paula who does the walk-through and delivery with you does a fantastic job and is awesome to deal with. I definitely will use RVR Kelowna for any future rentals. Great family owned local business!

We have rented both an RV and travel trailer from this place. Both times we were treated very well, they make it very easy to rent from them and return is always very easy. They are extremely helpful and the units are very clean. I hope we get a chance to rent from them again.

Had a fantastic experience renting from RVR Kelowna, the trailer was perfect for my small family, was outfitted with everything we needed and the air conditioner provided a nice cool space to relax after a hot day at the beach! Marta and Darren were awesome and they helped me pick a great unit, they accommodated my late pick up time and they were quick to respond to my messages. We would definitely rent from them again!

We had the best time renting this Jayco trailer tent!! It was over and above what we expected - it was so easy to tow and when it's opened up it's so spacious. We all slept so well as the beds were really comfy and when it's warm you can open up the blinds and take in the view from bed! The support from RVR Kelowna was 5 star too, Paula and Kevin gave us such a thorough tutorial of how the tent worked and left us feeling super confident as we headed out on our road trip. They also fully stocked the trailer with brand new cooking utensils and supplies - we really had everything and it made our stay so comfortable. Renting an RV from here may be a good experience, but storing your own RV is another matter! Went out today to take my travel trailer out of winter storage there, and discovered that it had been broken into through the winter, and had been ransacked throughout with many items stolen from small to large! When I phoned the manager and asked if they had any security footage, she said she has no security devices installed! Along with that not even a decent apology! Do as you wish for RV storage, but I think I'll be taking my $95/month elsewhere more secure! Now if you'll excuse me, I have to continue sorting through the mess that the thrives left!

The camping kit had everything we needed. Everything was clean and worked fine. Service with a smile. Couldn’t ask for more than that.

We rented an RV for the week. The stove was easy to use, the washroom and shower we're really convenient. And the AC was a god send, since it was so hot out. The only thing was that the water tank and the sanitary tank seemed really small (though we did rent a smaller size RV, can fit 4 people), so that could be why. The engine was also not strong enough, so going uphill was difficult, and on average we were going 10-20 km slower than the speed limit. And filling gas was very expensive (though current gas prices doesn't help either). Otherwise, very good service.

We rented the C class rv and we had an amazing experience!The service was great! We've been helped by Paula when we came back, she was very friendly and everything went well.I really recommend to rent an rv through them!

Our experience renting the 26 foot Wildwood for our trip this August to Montana was excellent. Without knowing it we had left a couple small yet important specialty backpacking items in the unit after returning it and were so pleased when we were called back to pick them up a few days later. Paula and the team were very helpful, sincere and kind in all of our interactions. We are already planning to rent from RVR again next year!

Our Moho adventure was fun and was a first time experience for us.PROS - Nancy and Donny were attentive to our questions when booking the RV. When things went wrong (blown tire, short time with no heat or electricity), Donny got help to us asap and then followed up to make sure we were taken care of. The unit (29') was plenty big enough and the bed was super comfortable. The shower was roomy and all of our needs were taken care of. It came with all the kitchen supplies needed. Overall, the RV met our needs, when everything was working right.CONS - We were told the unit was a few years old" but it was actually 12 years old. Although it was clean
