Visiting Prince George from Vancouver, we were taken to this place by our friend who lives there. They have ample of seating both on the first floor as well as the second floor. The huge pizza oven is also a feature of the place. We were there on Tuesday and naturally took advantage of their beer and pizza combo for $21.95. We also ordered their mussel appetizer in white wine, which was the daily special. The mussels were big and plumb, very fresh and the sauce was great to dip with bread. The pizzas were are mostly single serving sizes, thin crispy crust with good ratio of topping. Overall the food was great, but portions are modest.Service was very solid, we got our food at a good pace throughout the evening as well. It’s a good spot to hang out and we will go back next time we’re at Prince George.

Pizza was delicious and filling. I had the Smoked Chicken and Apricot pizza and highly recommend it. A bit pricey, but worth it for the high quality ingredients.

Came for brunch! Really comfy cute patio in the summer upstairs. Food was good! My mom said her blackberry and candied almond salad was the best she ever had but other than that the breakfast was nothing crazy to right home about. Otherwise server was attentive and helpful with giving advice for places to see around the neighborhood. Really nice place :)

I know people tend to only review when there is something negative - but I'm trying to shift the paradigm and give businesses that deserve good ratings a fair shot.Betulla Burning has been solid for many years, including throughout covid when all restaurants were given the short end of the stick.Their pizzas have never wavered in quality, staff have been rock solid, and people leave with a smile and satisfaction. The spring/sumer patio is open - go! Have a freaking good cocktail and conversation.Radiatore gochuchang pork belly pasta was given two thumbs up by dining companions. My sopressata gorgonzola fig pizza was 9/10 (9 because my preference is slightly less cooked sopressata...but how do you do that in a pizza oven?4 stars on atmosphere though as exceptional as the place is, there was a wafting of bathroom scent across the upstairs patio. Also if you have space try the dessert donuts and affogato - were toooooo full this time but previous visits they were the highlight of the meal.

First off let’s say food was absolutely amazing compliments to the chefs stellar job well done! But now to the service absolutely horrific our first waitress got our orders for drinks and starters and then she left as her shift was at her shift fine and dandy told Alex would be our server for the rest of the night. Well we finished our first round of drinks waited about 15mins till alex decided to check in on us for another round of drinks after that order we seen our appetizers sitting under the heat lamps ready to go but the staff was more concerned about washing dishes and chatting to each other it took another 20 solid mins for our second round of drinks to show up as our starters still sat under heat lampAs the drinks were put on the table we discussed to the waitress we don’t want the starters anymore as we have waited for 45mins for them (25mins sitting under the lamp) she brought them over and said she would take them off the bill ( very nice) then our mains come out and the part time manager comes over with the oddacity reaches over me and takes the starters away saying so you don’t want this I will take it awayAstonishing with the disrespect from the service of this placeWe never swore to the staff once nor treat them badly and owner came in to talk with us and personally he needs some training in management absolutely WORST SERVICE IN PRINCE GEORGE but amazing food!!!!!!

FLAT COKE, Overexpensive pizza but EXCELLENT STAFF, so thank the staffWe ordered Carne amore pizza. It had lots of varieties of meat which was very confusing for the palate. We couldn't taste anything properly. Frankly, sometimes less is more. The chef should focus on star items and pizza should be simple. The dough was bland. The Coke was flat but the staff was very attentive and changed the Co2 pump so we could have more refreshing Coke. However, it was still flat and super sweet.Atmosphere is great.

We had the big kahuna pizza tonight and it was AMAZING, I loved how they paired with pork shoulder and ranch. A must try here at PG.Edit- we came back the second time and had the pork belly gochujang & radiator pasta and omg the pork belly just melted in my mouth. Pasta has full of flavors as well. This is the one restaurant you must try in PG.

Good Italian pizza here. Not many choices for pasta. We have been here twice for lunch and dinner in 3 months. Very good service too. This time we didn't have a reservation so we got seats on the counter right beside the window. It was a little bit cold but we could see people cooking pizzas in the kitchen.Pizza dough is very soft inside and not dry. My favourite is Margherita. we ordered sweets too. Affogato was too sweet with chocolate. It should be bitter and sweet. That's the only thing little bit disappointed about. The berry salad was good. I like the vinaigrette with spring mix, strawberries, dry figs and nuts. I hope they keep updating better.

Come here hungry. Wow, I think I will be walking back to my hotel sloooowly. I went with the Wagyu burger and had one of the guest taps, a Wheelhouse Scurvy Dog Spruce Ale". They have a gigantic pizza oven from Naples
