My apologies for the delay in posting this letter. But the service I recently received with Fathers and Sons was well worth my comments even though it has been too long in the To Do list.I took my snow blower in for servicing after not having drained the gas for summer storage. I was hoping for a quick turnaround as there was a heavy snow forecast and within a day of the parts arriving it was ready to go.Subsequently to that another problem popped up, thinking it was due to the first servicing they made suggestions over the phone on how I could try to fix it myself but I didn’t look into it immediately as life just seemed to have higher priorities. Of course when I went to do it I couldn’t get their suggested fix to work so I took it in. On inspection they found that it was a separate issue that I wouldn’t have been able to fix and should be chargeable service, however they did the work quickly and at no additional charge.It is not often that you find a company that has the “old school” attitude towards service in both getting the work done quickly, properly and standing behind their word. This company is a rare find these days and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for service on their snow blower.

My boss and I go there all the time we buy machinery and we get machinery fixed repaired and they are very good at doing their job they will explain problems to you they will not lie to you about anything that you're straightforward people have a lot of respect for this company and we were keep going there

I purchased a chainsaw this past spring from Jason. He was very helpful in recommending a chainsaw for my needs. After taking the saw home and using it once, it developed a problem with the oiler essentially melting down. Jason did go to bat for me with Echo eventhough some static and reluctance from the company to acknowledge the defect. I also admire his customer service he provided in having is staff reassemble the parts pro bono. Both Jaydon and Jason are professional and customer oriented. If I have any issues with anything, lawnmower, chainsaw, or other power equipment, I'd have zero issue taking it to these guys. Much appreciated guys.

Have been a customer here for a few years now. Best service in town. Bigger shops would take weeks to get my equipment back to me and wouldn't even have it fixed right half the time for an outrageous price. Father and sons always gets the job done quickly and for a fair price.

Amazing customer service! Great, quick quality work!Jason saved our vacation today. When the generator broke down on our motorhome at the beginning of our trip, we didn’t know where to turn. We tried ourselves, another mechanic, the dealership and were referred to father and sons power equipment. Finally we got the help we needed to continue our trip. Shout out to Jadon, who fixed my chainsaw as soon as I walked in. He clearly has something zen going on with power equipment! The store is easy to find and presents a pleasant atmosphere. I recommend talking to them for any power equipment needs as they seem honest and knowledgeable.

I spoke to Jadon and he was extremely helpful. I brought a snowblower that had not been working. Instead of doing unnecessary work and charging me, Jadon advised me how to fix the problem and proceeded to say he does not want to take my money unnecessarily. I would definitely recommend this company, their honesty and integrity is outstanding.

I will never recommend your company. I brought my trimmer in for repair 5/29/2023. I had to leave a general inspection and shop fee of $73.50.I called over two weeks later and talked with someone who said it still had not been looked at. Was told it would be looked at that week. Heard absolutely nothing.It was picked up after nothing being done. No refund! It has sat on your shelf for over 3 weeks.I called and said that I wanted my deposit back since nothing was done. Then I was told that you looked at it and found out what was wrong with it and did not at that time think of calling to let me know but put the whole thing back together again. Really!! Who would do that. What’s the point of taking it apart and then putting it back together. Is that not double the work.Terrible service and terrible customer service. A refund is expected and should be given.What a total joke on your website that says you have reliable customer serviceYour response to my email was completely inaccurate. You said that you had to put it together so that the person picking it up could take it. There was no way you could put the trimmer back together while the person picking it up was only there for 5 minutes. He said the guy went into the back and just picked it up from the shelf and brought it out. You said nobody works for free but really nobody should pay for something to just sit on a shelf.I would absolutely not recommend Father & Sons Power Equipment.
