We are so pleased with our experience with Element Heating and Gas Inc. Brian responded promptly to our inquiry, the quoting process was easy and the quote was better than we anticipated. It was great to deal with a company that provides FULL service. The quote included the installation of the gas line, the trenching and back filling of the trench. Brian & Matt showed up on time, surveyed the job, suggested placement options that others overlooked. When I mentioned that we had also lined up an electrician and asked to leave the trench open, Brian reached out to our electrician and offered to lay the conduit for the electrical so that we didn't have an open trench in the yard over the weekend! These guys were a pleasure to work with!

We recently had Element Heating and Gas perform the installation of the gas line and heater for our in-ground pool. Pioneer Pools recommended them as they work on many pool installations together. They know the equipment and are in constant communication with Pioneer. Overall, the experience was very positive. Brian is highly professional, honest, and courteous.
