VANCOUVER SMALL OUTBOARDS

Gave a diagnosis on the initial phone call based on what my engine was doing and he was absolutely right. Led to the parts being ordered same day and a quick service. The next day and I was back on the water. Knowledgeable guy.

Owner is incredibly rude and lacks any ability to offer reasonable customer service.

Website misleading. They no longer service small outboardd.

I purchased it old Mercury 9.9 2-stroke from him in 2017 or 2018. There were cheaper ones out there however I went with this company because of what he said on his website. I felt it was worth the extra money to get something that had been properly serviced. I can tell you now in 2022 that the engine is fantastic and worth every penny. In fact I believe now that I got a screaming deal. Every spring when I fire it up it starts on the first or second pull. That’s after approximately 4 to 6 months of storage. And every time I use it through the summer it starts on the first or second pull. Never had any issues with this engine which I truly believe it is thanks to The care and attention that was given it before he sold it to me.

Unless you enjoy abusive treatment i would suggest staying far far away from this business.
