I visited this store 12/31/2022 store close timing was 08:00 I reached there 07:15 and store employee (Kiran) told me we are not taking order for food only just drink she said our manager and supervisor told us clean everything before one hour of store closings time but i have questions if store close timing is 08:00 how i can know store serving food only till 07:00 o’clock. That is worst case i seen you can close serving food before 15 min we can understand but before one hour cleaning time. I know all stores cleaning time is after store closes.

The best franchise of Tim hortons especially for mobile orders. They make the orders and place it on one side of the counter. It never takes long to receive the order. The front lady who is usually there on the mornings is so polite and respectful person. It is always a happy and positive interaction with her every morning I go there on my way to work.

We ordered two steep teas but the tea we got was cold. We gave review to the cashier at the same timebut we were ignored. We asked to use microwave to warmup but there was no followup was given to us. We are very disappointed with the service we got. It was waste of time and money.

Picked up breakfast around 1130 and can’t complain the bagel was good with cheese and the egg muffin was also good, fresh warm.. the tea was also great and sugar was mixed properly. No complaints... definitely come again for tims whenever I pass by this area around breakfast time. The lady’s were nice and quick

the lady on FC took my order and it was wrong.. they have zero respect for their customers…. although she remade my tea but its still wrong instead of tea she gave me coffee on my 2nd visit and after that when i went back instead of apologizing the both girls were showing rediculous attitude taking in their own language… they must need to get retrain or show some respect

I'm not expert but the order I placed was kinda bad in the aspect of quality. Plus the sales personal messed up my order and made me wait longer, plus I had to pay a second time. Was it worth it?The donut tasted like bad bread and plastic, the hot chocolate drink was diabetes in a cup and the time wasted will never come back to me..

The Manager in the morning here is rude kept on arguing with her staff even though the employee was correct. Looked like she wanted to prove herself, that she was right. Think so her name is June or something like that. Sorry guys need to change your manager no customer skills.
