Been shopping at emco for close to 10 years. I remember when Ron Hughes used to work for the competition. He has the best costumer service. Very knowledgeable. doesn’t miss the opportunity to crack a few jokes and make you smile.Everyone who deals with Ron leaves with a big smile.Emco is the real winner here for having Ron.

Being in management myself I have an understanding of how to treat customers. I can’t say that their manager has the slightest clue how to treat people. I was shocked at how belittling and aggressive he can be in his responses. Marshall was his name and highly recommend upper management review his employment as it is damaging their reputation having this man represent your store. After reading other reviews it seems to be a consistent response from the client base . Figure it out or I will be pulling my accounts and seeking alternates to this establishment.

Yes definitely. The guy in the plumbing sales department is awful and completely unhelpful with a seriously bad attitude. Not sure if he is the manager everyone is reviewing here but what a way to run a business. I was transferred three times and ended up with this character. No thank you.

The worst staff ever. Too lazy to get off there ass to look on the shelf. If they do And can't find what you are looking for they come back with attitude and tell you to buy somewhere else. Do not buy an HRV from these guys. They think they know everything and only display that by giving short non descriptive answers.EMCO CORP. You should audit these guys. Their inventory count is way off!
