I was experiencing no hot water, I called the service line at 7:45 am and was given a service call later for that evening. I asked if it could be an earlier time and was given the time slot of 11:30 to 3pm. This was great. The service technician called on his way and was very thorough and went outside to check the gas metre, and outdoor exhaust. He turned the pilot light on a few times and instructed me what I could do the next time this happened. I was very pleased with his service and I am so happy to be renting my water heater and having my home care agreement .It is worth the yearly cost and peace of mind.

Called Enercare to see about moving our water heater because when it was installed it did not allow sufficient room to get in behind to access the controls for the humidifier and the outside water shutoff valve. A company employee came to our home and told us it would be $299 to move it 1-2 feet. We made our displeasure known about this. The employee took pictures and said the company would get back to us in the next day or so. 3+ weeks later, we are still waiting. Obviously they are not going to do anything for us about a problem they created when the water heater was installed, unless we pay an exorbitant amount of $. Terrible customer service!!!

Sheila Thompson was great help with figuring out the cause of why my furnace was not properly heating the house. A very friendly and helpful person. Would love to have her back to help us with any issues when needed!

Although it was frustrating dealing with the associates on the phone the ready of our dealings with the service tech/ installer James was awesome!He was pleasant, efficient answering any questions we had.The whole job taking the old water heater out and putting a new more efficient model in was about 2 hours!Thank you James!It was a pleasure to have your help!

Where do I start...absolutely amazing service! I received a phone call from my assistant informing me of a water heater that had failed and was leaking. We reached out to Enercare, and within one hour, two gentlemen arrived (Steve and James) who professionally handled the situation, without interfering with patient care. They literally rolled out the red-carpet for our patients, to ensure their safety while removing the old-water heater and installing a new one. Thank you very much!

Darren and Evan were the installers and they were extremely fast, prompt and efficient. Very courteous of our home and took care with removal and installation. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the service and answered all of our questions in plain English. I forget the guy who completed our Swrvice call and inspection of our water tank but he was amazing as well. Everything from our initial phone call to the installation of a new water tank and removal of our old tank was done within 2 hours. Thank you so much for the amazing service. 5 stars would recommend.

The tech Markus arrived on time and was very pleasant to deal with. After several relevant questions about the system, he proceeded to test the AC system. He identified a possible issue right away, and after several tests determined that his initial diagnosis was correct. He replaced the the defective part with one from his truck, and I was up and running again in minutes! He did a great job in respecting my home and my time, and deserves kudos for a job well done!

Service technician “Dan” came to clean my furnace, before he even saw the furnace he asked if I had any questions or concerns, which I did and he took the time to answer and explain a few things about my furnace. He went over and above with the cleaning, I so appreciated his visit. The best and most caring and informative technician that has ever come from Enercare to my home in 15 years at this house. Dan deserves a promotion, a raise! Thanks Dan for all the tips and info.

Super friendly and professional, Sheila Tomlinson fixed our water heater. She was not only super nice but was clear to show me the issue and concise on how it needed to be fixed.
