Friendly staff. Clean but cheap reverse osmosis water that can be picked up or delivered. Distilled water is also available.

There is different flavoured bubble tea while you wait for water jugs to be filled. They charge a certain % extra if you use a credit card and 25 cents per reusable cap or lid. I liked it.
