Just swing by and I was treated warmly and professionally here. I tried couple of watches without buying them and Omar was very patient and introducing details to me. This is my first time visiting a Hublot boutique and you guys did a good job.

I went in to take a look at a couple Hublots as a friend of mine wanted to see how they fit on wrist. I let Mike know that Hublot wasn’t in my taste and I just needed a few photos for a friend and he was just so nice about it all. He even complimented my neo vintage Rolex Explorer 2 and sat me down and offered me champagne. I was blown away at the hospitality and level or service. We just talked watches, about the current market and the arrogance of some brands and other authorized dealers.All in all, an amazing experience and I can’t recommend Mike enough!

Tracy is an amazing salesperson. Although I did not purchase a watch at that given moment, she very kind and patient, and was able to provide an answer for all of my questions. Definitely will consider coming back very soon and referring to my friends!

I recently purchased my first Hublot from Mike at the Hublot Vancouver Boutique. Mike was amazing to work with! He curated a selection of beautiful watches for me to try on and treated me and my family like gold. Mike was able to source a beautiful, limited edition Hublot watch that I wanted but couldn’t find anywhere else. The sales experience was very professional and they paid meticulous attention to detail with everything they did for me. They followed up with me after my purchase to make sure I was satisfied. In a world where business is often taken for granted and attention to detail is sometimes lost Mike and the team at Hublot went above and beyond to wow me and I would highly recommend them to anybody considering purchasing a luxury timepiece.

I absolutely love my Big Bang watch! I can’t stop looking at my watch whenever I wear it. The service that we received was wonderful. They were very helpful and explained us about the details of the watch and how to change the strap. I’ve only had it for a month now but I’m super impressed with the quality of the watch. I stepped into the Hublot store after not getting what I wanted at one of their competitors. I went in more out of curiosity than anything, as I was not thinking of getting a Hublot watch at that time. Even though I told the lady who approached me that I would not be buying a watch, she was super nice, friendly and very professional. I was impressed with her knowledge about the different Hublot watches and how they compared to other watches in a similar price range. The experience was so positive and educational that I am actually now considering getting a Hublot for myself. By the way, the lady's name who gave me this amazing service was Julia.
