Really good upscale dessert specialty and coffee place. Has a limited selection of savoury crepes and salads but mostly go there for decadent desserts. A bit pricey but worth the experience. Seems particularly popular with a very young clientele.

we are in middle of a pandemic and the people who are working inside kitchen are not wearing gloves they slice the turkey in front of my eyes using their hand with no gloves!! when I asked they said that they are washing their hands every 5 min but still.and when I was leaving they complained that I didn't add tips well a manager has to know that no one is wearing gloves in middle of a virus then people complain about closing restaurant well once mangment take this seriously then everyone will be served well.

Awesome spot, very accomadating to our requests. We showed up with a big group and they did all their effort to accomadate us. Excellent service, orders came on time. Its a great spot and would return again very soon!

Waiting standing too much time... while available tables existAsked the waiter. She answers: We can not let you in . As we can not serve many people at same time. That will mix the orders and too much for them.Not logic at all . At least let the people sit and advise them the order will take more timeBy the way l asked for reservations. They said no . First arrive first served.... should I wait standing an hour while there are empty table for all waiting people

I went there few times, and while the desserts are top-notch, you will have to expect A LOT of wait each time, even when there aren't too many customers. I rarely give a negative review, but last time, waitresses seemed to have forgotten about us. We waited about 20-30 minutes but they decided to take orders from customers on another table that actually came AFTER us. I know there might be a shortage of waiters and waitresses and I can understand that there can be a rush, but none of them even tried to warn us about the wait or that they were rushing. We didn't even get water or anything. I understand when this kind of things happen and I'll accept the wait, but we got no warning at all, which is unacceptable. The only communication we got from the waitresses was when we entered and waited to get seated (where they told us to sit on any table). It's not the first time that I come and wait for long, and at least twice I've seen people leaving the place because the wait to simply even order is really long. It's a shame because I like the desserts here, but I guess I'll just go to Laval or Montréal Downtown next time.

We arrived at 3:30 we were told no table service until 4pm. Gave our order at the cash, at 3:40 other people walked in and got table service. When my coffee came the cup was dirty on the outside from some dessert i assume. No water was brought to the table and we had to get up and remind the waiter we had purchased a dessert as well. Sorry but you are offering a service which is what we did not get. 3 less customers for Juliette et Chocolat.

Terrible service. Left standing at the door for 10mins. All the employees were talking amongst themselves not paying any attention at all. Brought us our dessert and didn't give us any utensils. Waited another 5minutes had to get up and find someone to bring us utensils. Never again because of the attitude and terrible service from the young women working there.

We just came out from that branch the waiter gave us a table at the end of the place where they put their coats and the boxes of the fruits in front of us though there are many empty tables in the front , when we asked he told us strange excuse about the delay of service which i don’t understand, we left immediately and heading to another place ,maybe he didn’t like how we look like

One of my favorite location to enjoy their succulent chocolate treats. Impeccable service and clean. A bit cold due to high ceilings but the coffee and the menu makes up for it. Always taste the same and portion are big, be aware. Their terrace is covered which is ideal during hot summer days. Excellent!

We had a good time; they’ve set up nice outdoor tables, as well as barcode scanner on every table instead of menus for Covid. The washroom is only allowed one usage each time as well for Covid. The ancien hot chocolate is not as thick here as I have had at other branches. Loved the dessert crepe with salted caramel sauce. Excellent hot filer coffee.
