Mr. Lube + Tires

Friendly staff, Awkward store setup, Astronomical prices for anything other than an oil change.It’s the First Mr Lube I’ve been to where I’ve been asked to leave my vehicle and walk through their shop to a waiting room (usually shops don’t allow people to walk around due to safety reasons). The staff were friendly although there was no offer of coffee or a paper like I’m used to with mr lube.Do yourself a favour and skip all their recommended services beyond an oil change. They charge 2-3 times what an average shop or dealer would charge for the same thing.For a straight oil change, it’s a decent, albeit awkward shop with friendly staff. I recommend it for an oil change.

I went to Mr Lube because part of my car was hanging down and dragging on the road so I needed it bolted back on. They promptly fixed it free of charge and sent me on my way. Very happy and thankful.

came for an oil change on 14 march. friendly staff quick service.they recommended spark plugs and transmission.since then my car feels amazing.i would highly recommend everyone to get your oil change here.

Driving along and my tire pops. I pump it up enough to make it to this Mr. Lube. Sam inspects it and determines it can’t be patched because the tire is too worn out. I asked him if he could quickly remove the tire and put in the spare I had in the trunk because I was getting a new car and selling this one anyways. He did, free of charge. I offered to pay and he wouldn’t take my money. On top of that, he asked me if I was looking to sell my car (which I already had planned), I said yes and immediately pulled up his cell phone and started texting buyers. He took my info and said he was pretty certain he could find a buyer for my car. Needless to say, exceptional service and attention to the customer. These guys are awesome. 1000% recommended.

Great place for regular vehicle maintenance. Always get great service here. They make vehicle maintenance easy.

Got here at 5:28 with a half an hour to spare before they close. There was a car being already serviced ahead of me.. they told me there was two a head, when I was the only car waiting.. anywho, I told them I had to drive a long distance tomorrow, and asked if they can take me because I don’t have anytime as I just finished a 16 hour shift.. they said “no I have plans tonight I have to leave before 6” as a manager of two stores myself, that isn’t an excuse.. if you close at 5:28, then write that on your hours.. we’ve been coming to this location for a very long time, what happened?

Tried to review this earlier but for some reason it went on a different Mr Lube and I only noticed because they replied.Got a flat while on vacation. Thought my tires were on their last legs anyway and was going to buy new ones but they told me I could use them for one more season. I was really impressed with their honesty, and would recommend them to anyone.

If I could give less stars I would. WORST SERVICE EVER. Almost 0% communication from the technician for the entire HOUR we were waiting. I got only a basic oil change. There was only 2 employees working and I believe the second was a trainee- but I wouldn't know because I wasn't informed. They not only took an hour, but charged me 100$ for a basic change. Don't go here unless you want to waste your time and money to get rude service

Super thorough and quick service. Great communication from the staff re: time, cost and services. Waiting room is clean, quiet and comfortable.
