I'm a landlord and had problems with a tenant who was causing trouble at my 7 plex. He was not paying rent, dealing drugs and causing a disturbance with the other tenants. I was too busy to manage the details and process of this potentially dangerous eviction.. Kelly at Collectrite seamlessly managed all aspects of the eviction. I didn't have to worry about a thing. From filing with the landlord tenant board, to serving papers, collection data and sending notices, appearing at the hearing,,,she took care of it all.I highly recommend Collectrite Paralegal for any type of Landlord tenant issues.

One sided completely for the landlordsThe people here were very discriminatingThe Tenant has Zero rights.The Landlord and Tenants Act was written for the Landlord only.Refused to help my wife and myself.

Absolutley incompetent. I paid my debt to them over 8 months ago, in full. Still, 8 months later it's showing on my credit as an amount in collections. Degrading my credit each day, for a paid debt.I made contact via email, they responded asking for proof, and should I provide it, they would fix the matter. So, I did, immediately, within the hour.5 days later, no confirmation.For those who have commented on how good they are at recovering money, wait until they cost you clients by their lack of integrity and intelligence.
