I have a negative comment but do not wish the store's review score to be impacted. This seemed like a fair way to express my disappointment on my visit today without hurting the store. This is also to help future shoppers beware the pitfall that caught me today. Long story short for future shoppers who don't want to read my long comment, be sure to read sale signs carefully and never assume an area or even items right in front of a sign are on sale.When you first walk into the store, there is a section facing you with 3 walls and a few tables inside with 50% off signs everywhere. On the tables are signs with 50% OFF" and then smaller print reading something like all men's and women's Windriver shirts. I'm paraphrasing but something like this. I made the mistake of not reading the sign description carefully enough and assumed the table was 50% off.When I got to the counter

Very poor customer service. Staff are not flexible and don't put extra effort to help customer. Perhaps they don't want to sell the merchandise only check the hours and cash the salary. Also products are of medium quality but overpriced as top end. Mostly made in China. Shoes section does not have foot level mirror and not even shoe spatula. Outside, parking lane paint is gone they didn't bother to tidy up. Perhaps this brand is going to die. Don't go there. It is a waste of time and money.

Patricia was a great help! Thank you so much for your time & great customer service. I wasn’t pushed to buy which was refreshing. I did end up purchasing what I needed & more though haha. Cash service was pretty decent except I was told two different things about their return policy.

They are very helpful, nice and I loved there customer service. I got a pair of Helly Hansen work boots they helped me find my size also they checked other locations to make sure I got what I wanted and to make sure they were a perfect fit.. Thank you for that

Ridiculous to wait 40+ minutes for a pickup order when the store isn't busy at all... Followed the instructions provided by the email, waited with no results. Then called and they said to come in to the register instead. Went in and was told to wait at the side. Then another customer came in for a pickup order and they provided her with her pickup order while I was still waiting at the side... Served two pickup customers ahead of me when they came after. Meanwhile three associates are just having a conversation at the register. They did everything other than get my order. They could clearly see me waiting and did nothing about it. Waited until the store was empty to serve me. I've never had a worse experience with pickup. Awful store.

Very good place, and u can get very good prices for the items you need it. Also, if u use ur Canadian Tire Credit Card, you will have better deal, sometimes.

Well,I think ,Marks need a little Retooling with workforce!!The one on Queen, no attention, also , if you do quick look,Exmpl my safety shoes 250 + tax. There is low foot #, then 10, 11, 12.With little brain, you see that 9-9 1/2 are selling .Second store, on Dundas , Mississauga. Very nice lady was trying help. Same , only 1 pair #9. Rest ? 11, 12.Go to pay , young lady - Patricia , non to do, she walk away!! The other cashier was busy w customer. In my book, Patricia would be fired on the spot !!Again all those safety shoes are expensive . There should be a little more customer care & appreciation!!?Victor.

Got what I needed, there refund police is fair and the store is well organized. Love the store standards for quality of products
