I am very happy, Matt and his team provide excellent service. They look after all our cars and help us save money. The jobs gets done on time and on budget. Matt knows his stuff and I can highly recommend his services if you need a German or Japan import serviced. J&W are taking care of our cars for more than 10 years now and it has been a pleasure.

Reliable, honest auto service technicians and garages that do quality work are hard to find. When you find one, you keep going back. That is why I continued with J & W Motors even during the twelve years I resided in Oakville. It was well worth the 100 kilometer drive to have our vehicles serviced by people we trust. I moved to Brantford and had bad experiences with 3 other places before I thankfully found this shop. As a woman it can be difficult to get honest work done, but they always discuss the pros and cons to any repair and are honest with what should be done now and what can wait (if needed). Highly recommend.

I have been using J&W since I started driving, my whole family does. They are honest, transparent, professional and personable. Joe and Matt have always taken care and gone above and beyond. I no longer live in town but continue to come back. Could not recommend enough.

I have been a customer of J&W Motors for probably 15 years. I drive past maybe a dozen other garages on my way to this one, because I know what I will get when I arrive. Respectful, quality and fair service. They treat the vehicle like it is their own. I would highly encourage anyone who is tired of getting squeezed by the drive through oil change spots to check this out. Anyone who is tired of garages cross threading your oil plug in because the lazy mechanic used an air gun! That will NOT happen there! You deserve an honest and quality mechanic. The most honest mechanics I have ever met.Great Service, fair pricing and the smiles are free.These guys work with you, they let you know the real condition of your vehicle and warn you what work is coming up in the future.I use my vehicles for business and when I schedule a car in for repair I am always so pleased when the car is repaired and delivered back to me on-time at the price agreed.Have used Joe Masters to service my personal and business vehicles for 30 years now and have no intentions of stopping.
