Great customer service, changed my delivery location in time. BUT kind of disappointed with flowers, because it was fully bloomed. Which won’t last long

I ordered a fresh cut flower bouquet for my Mother-in-law. She has been in hospital in Yorkton Saskatchewan since the beginning of April. I ordered a bouquet to have it delivered to the hospital in Yorkton on Wed. May 3.However, I received an email from Canada Flowers stating that the bouquet was unable to be delivered due to the fact that my Mother-in-law's ward was scent free. But Canada Flowers said they could replace it with a planter instead. I thought that was wonderful, as my Mother-in-law loves plants.My husband and I have been unable to visit his Mom, due to the fact he is recovering from heart surgery. So his Niece visited her the other day, she sent us a photo of the planter and the personalized note we sent. It was beautiful and just so happened the plant was blooming with pretty pink!I am very please with Canada Flowers' quick response and the alternative they gave us. I have bookmarked their website and will definetly be ordering from them again in the future.

One time after ordering I called to see if thr flowers could be made with specific colors from a wedding and they said they would call the florist and make the change. They always have a discount you can leverage too. I recommend buying from them.

Ordered flowers for our anniversary. I was hoping flowers would be delivered during the day but once 4:00 pm arrived didn’t receive, made a call to inquire what time ,which they indicated after 6 pm . When I indicated that we were going out at 5 pm , they redirected delivery immediately, my wife was truly surprised when flowers showed by 4:30! Thank you to staff!
