Habitat for Humanity Orillia ReStore

Perfer the Midland location. The Orillia location needs a cleaning touch, and prices could be better. Mind you if you are in need do have a few things to help out.The location is perfect.

Lots of good unused useful stuff here. Nicely laid out and lots of parking

Clean. Large. Items grouped together. Prices clearly marked. Sign post listing price tag colours. Volunteers very helpful, know where things are. Must have had store training. Great job.

Horrible place, full of over priced junk! Sad!! Especially when it's donated free, and it's to help the community!

It may sound funny but this store has become our favorite lunch date place for me and my husband. We love discovering unique finds at great prices. There are always new items coming in weather furniture, art or decorations, adventure awaits around every corner.

Prices gone crazy! used to be cheap, no excuse as products donated

The staff are always friendly and helpful, I love the coloured tag system they use to mark down items by certain percentages.I've bought drill batteries, office cabinet's, tables, side tables and mirrors to refinish and they have all been at an amazing price.There is constant turn over so make sure to go back regularly for new items!

Have been to this location many times this past month. Bought a nice corner cabinet off them. When I went back to donate it back as it took up too much space they wouldn’t take it. I also was clearing out the estate of my grandparent and had antique dressers, two couches that were basically new and a couple nice chairs. Not to mention an antique solid oak table chairs and hutch but was told they do not take any of those items anymore. I am beyond disgusted with the way I was treated by the store manager when inquiring about why they don’t take anything anymore. He was very rude and hostile about it. I will no longer support this chapter of Habitat for Humanity. I will instead be giving my buildings to the Lindsay branch.

More times than not.. when I try to donate an item to Restore they don't have room, don't want it or many other reasons. Even though I believe that Habitat for Humanity is a good cause I will not be attempting to donate to this organization ever again.
