Supposed to open at 9am has per the sign in the door. Employee arrived at 9:40. I suggest to change the sign better for them and the customer. That is November 8, 2019 is answer was move out downstair the stair your not supposed to be in front of the door he was so rude with me and an ou ther customer we decided to go somewhere else to do business.

Very bad customer experience, needed a refund of my foreign exchange didn't went through agent asked me to call Western Union, I asked him if he can help in finding the number for cx care, no response given. After struggling I found it and agent on phn asked me to give my phn to agent because they need to ask some information about my transection from the guy on kiosk, I was not comfortable about handing over my phn to him, so the agent called him from head office to this location's land line and sorted out the refund,but still I was reffered to other location
