I'm a chicken when it comes to dentists, but Dr. McGregor puts me at ease and is gentle. She will not push expensive dental services on you. And she takes the time needed to do top notch dental work.

As someone who absolutely despises going to the dentist, I cannot say enough good comments about this clinic. The receptionists are always so helpful, the staff is overall great, and Dr Fox is the most compassionate dentist I’ve ever come across.

1. When I transfer to other dentists, I have to call 2-3 times to ask for my X-ray and profile.2. I have been with Clinique Dentaire du Vieux Montreal for more than 5 years. Everything is good until 2021 Dec. I did a filling. And there is a problem with the filling (it is pretty clear from the X-ray). My current dentist has to re-do it. The process is very painful. I wish they could do it right at first time.

I've been going to the CDVM for over 15 years and as far as I can remember, the care is and always has been impeccable. All procedures, small or big, are always prefaced with detailed explanations and done gently and carefully. If I leave the clinic without a follow up appointment, I can rest assured that I will be contacted close to my next supposed" appointment and that I will not fall through the cracks. I first went to Clinique Dentaire du Vieux Montréal for an Invisalign consultation with Dr. Gabriel Kakon. He took his time to listen to my needs and what end result I was hoping for. I was blown away by the technology. He was able to show me a 3D digital model of what my mouth looked like and how my teeth would shift week by week by using the Invisalign trays. He was very thorough, professional, gentle, and overall a very nice person. The clinic is nicely renovated and the staff is very friendly. I used to dread going to the dentist but not anymore. Dr. Kakon has made it a great experience and I’m happy to say he’s my new dentist!

Dr McGregor is just THE BEST DENTIST EVER!! When you start enjoying your appointment at the dentist that just mean everything! She explains and shows you each steps and she is very funny and also a nice singer. I highly recommend her if you are afraid of the dentist.The team is incredibly nice and warm. Superb Client Experience it is my second time her and definitely not the last.

I was very unsatisfied with the services or lack thereof provided by this clinic. After consulting this clinic for a fractured tooth, I was left 2 months without a follow-up. I presented myself at their office to ask for a follow-up. They could not tell me why I was not contacted. They said they will follow-up with me the following week and still didn't. I had to call again. This is clearly a lack of professionalism. I will not return nor recommand to anyone.

I went in for a cleaning and general checkup with Dr. Gabriel Kakon. The process was very pleasant - he was patient and gentle and always checking in on any discomforts I could have been feeling.He also conducted very thorough tests and X-rays and took the time to show me / explain to me the results.Highly recommended experience overall!

Dr. McGregor is amazing. I've been quite fearful of anything to do with dentists! Well, after her amazing care, I'm a new dental patient! I have found her to be amazingly sensitive in her work and puts one at ease. I also very much appreciate that she takes dental issues step by step and does not do the most drastic treatment immediately- instead she takes it step by step.
