Fresh & Flawless Cleaning

I originally contacted the owner Hailey of Fresh & Flawless cleaning, in hopes of some help around our house with general cleaning. I needed help, as I could never find the time myself to keep up with the tedious cleaning things around the house that seem to always slip away from me (mopping, full bathroom cleaning, scrubbing cupboards, windows, baseboards, etc., etc.). I live with two boys and a very hairy dog - needless to say when Fresh & Flawless cleaning came into our lives, we have been changed for the better and will never go back! We are currently doing bi-weekly 3-hour cleans in the Oak Bay area and it feels SO refreshing to come home to a clean house. A huge weight was lifted off my shoulders! Hailey ensured all-around great customer service in finding the right fit for a cleaner and worked around our schedule. She always checks in to see how things have been going and ensure you are satisfied. The cleaners that we have been provided to us have given us thorough, spotless, perfect and attention to detailed cleans for a very reasonable cost. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in the Victoria area needing help in the cleaning department!

By far the best cleaning company in town. The only one I trusted to clean my room pace while on deployment, the place was impeccable and nothing went missing. Being able to trust a company to clean my house while I am away is a huge weight of my shoulders. the were always on time and did the work at the highest standard possible. highly recommended !

The owner of Fresh & Flawless has been great at communicating as we went through the process of finding the right person to meet our needs. Our current cleaner is professional, thorough, and efficient. She has to deal with our dogs and my elderly mother being at home all the time. She has been great. Prices are reasonable, and my only wish is that I had connected with Fresh & Flawless a long time ago. It’s so nice to come home to a clean house and to have that extra time for other things in our lives …even time to relax!

So happy I called! Hailey was responsive right away, and stayed in touch with me while she sorted out a time, and some accommodations I asked for. I appreciated the open line of communication, timely response, and openness to accommodate what I was looking for. The two girls that came were fantastic. They cleaned my house, like I would clean my own house. These ladies did an amazing job. I have tried a few different companies, comparing Fresh and Flawless, is like apples and oranges. From the initial contact to the amazing clean and the check in after. This company really values their clients. If your not sure where to start or which one to call next, THIS IS IT!

Typically when my girlfriend goes away on business trips, she comes back and complains that I didn't do a good enough job with cleaning, even if I spend several hours the day before she gets home.Decided to hire F+F and was very impressed with their quality of work. The cleaner even spent the time making sure the caulking on the bathtub was spotless, as well as doing a deep clean on my appliancesFresh and Flawless gets paid, my girlfriend came home to a clean house, and I didn't have to deal with another argument.5/5 all around, will definitely hire again!

I have been through a few cleaning companies, looking for one that would provide high quality detailed cleaning. I have been very pleased with the quality of work provided by Carmen and the communication by Hayley and Carmen. I can request additional hours if I want more done one week or keep the hours the same but change the focus. I’ve given Carmen a list of monthly, biweekly, and weekly tasks and the order of importance so she can organize her time accordingly each week. The rate is fair and the work is completed well. 100% would recommend.

I really appreciate having someone to coordinate getting my house clean. If a cleaner leaves, Hailey does her best to find a replacement. My current cleaner is excellent!
