I have been taking my car here for a couple of years. They offer very reasonable price with fast and reliable work - sometimes at short notice, they are able to do a very efficient job. However, customer service skills could be improved.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, fit me in last minute and were super quick!Did an oil change and checked my breaks for me. Very decent pricing!Really happy with the service and will be returning in the future!

Great honest people working here. The work was well done for a reasonable price. They are very busy but don't take terribly long to fix your car. They will properly diagnose your car. When you get your car back you will notice a difference.

Mike and his crew did an amazing job on my car, fast service and easy to work with, will definitely recommend to anyone who need good mechanic!

Reasonable prices, quick service, honest assessments, and reliable work. We have never had a go-to mechanic, per say, but we saw Dragon for an emergency issue last year and left impressed and satisfied.When looking to service our 10+ y.o. car for a new problem this year, and since I wasn't the one who took care of the problem last summer, I didn't think to contact Dragon first. Instead, I booked with a mechanic who was closer, and who has a notoriously great reputation. Then my SO reminded me about how well Dragon had taken care of us before, so while I was waiting, I called and Dragon gave me an appointment in 2 days. I immediately canceled my original booking w/ the other place to open up a spot for somebody else who would need it.I have nothing but great things to say about the service, transparency, and speed at which these folks deliver. I'm happy with the work that we had done and, best BELIEVE that I am done shopping around. As long as I live in this neighborhood, and as long as this business continues to operate as they have, I'm their customer.

I have been associated with Dragon Autos for a few years now, but I recently bought a used old car (05 civic) and saw their professionalism first-hand. Eddie personally completed the safety inspection and repairs, and managed to resolve some complicated issues in the car with the transaxle and transmission connections.I can trust this shop with all of my future needs and I know I will be taken care of. Finding a trusted mechanic is very difficult, but I know I got very lucky to have found one in Dragon Autos.

Why would I ever shop here for a mechanic again? The guy at Dragon Automotive overcharged me for a USED part, installed it, and broke the car more than it was before I took it in! Got my $900 bill and ended up calling them back and begging them to fix their mistake. Finally they agreed to take a look, but would avoid the broken part... and even try to bill me again for looking at it. Unacceptable and disrespectful treatment from the guys at Dragon Automotive. If you're looking for safety and value, I don't recommend them. I'm gone- never to return!
