The Arboretum
Classic place for people to get a condo and live! There is a pool, weight room, arts and crafts room, pool and ping pong tables, location to the grocery store is great, and easy access to the highway. Everything one might want to settle down!

The Arboretum
The Arboretum is a well sought after, mature, well-established, upscale adult lifestyle condominium. There are three condo buildings in the complex located at 1901, 1903 & 1905 Pilgrims Way in the Glen Abbey neighbourhood of north Oakville.Arboretum Condominiums offer spacious, 2 bedroom condos ranging between approx 1321 – 1449 square feet. The building offers great value for those looking to downsize from a home. Selling prices at the Arboretum recently have been averaging $487,000 (1st Quarter of 2015)This is a quiet building with great amenities including an indoor pool with whirlpool spa, sauna, fitness room, lounge, hobby/workshop room, guest suite and tennis court. The property has large mature trees and welll kept, professionally landscaped grounds and gardens. The Arboretum is in a great location close to local shopping, public transportation and a short walk to the Glen Abbey Recreation Centre & Library. The major highways are a short drive away via either Dorval Drive or Third Line. The condominium is also just minutes away from the new Oakville Hospital. You can walk across Nottinghill Gate to Monastery Bakery or the dry cleaners, or just enjoy a walk on the nearby walking or biking trails.
