As a residential property management company, it is extremely important to us that all our rental properties are thoroughly cleaned before a new tenant moves in and the level of clean that Maid 4 Cleaning provides is fantastic! I have had a few ladies clean for me over the past 15 years, however, my home has never been as clean as it was after the Maid 4 Cleaning crew went through my home!!! I am extremely pleased with their work!!! I wish I had the words to express the awe that I was in when they were done. They cleaned areas that I'm sure had not been cleaned in years...lol. Not only is the crew truly personable and delightful, but their professionalism and workmanship are beyond anything that I could have imagined to exist in their field!!! Paid for the deep clean and basic things like floors and countertops were left untouched. When I let them know they offered to come back but by that time I had already cleaned it. Asked for a refund or some sort of credit for my next cleaning and that’s when things went dark from them. Would not refer or use service again.

The girls (Ola and Julie) were great. Kind and very quick (2h). However when they left and I did a walk through, there were areas undusted and hair unvaccumed.

Maid 4 U was an amazing cleaning service. We used them for many years and they were extremely helpful and accommodating to changes while both my mom and gramma were sick. They became part of our family, often checking in on how everyone was doing. They were fast, reliable and really cleaned our home well! HIGHLY recommend!!

Overall, this service did not fit our needs.Great experience on initial clean, but then there were minor misses like surfaces and floor area not dusted/vacuumed.Overall, the ongoing service was good enough. However, the reason why we decided to cancel our services was because we have progressively noticed dirt accumulating on the kitchen tile grout despite biweekly cleans, as well as significant dust accumulation under furniture. When we requested a more thorough mop and if they could get under the furniture, we were advised that their team will not move large furniture and will only address areas that their vacuum could reach due to the risk. We were also advised that grout cleaning was out of their scope and that we needed to hire a grout cleaning service.Since our family does not have the time to accommodate multiple cleaning services into our schedule, we decided to go with a more comprehensive cleaning solution provider.
