Woodlawn Kids Dental

This is by far the absolute best dental practice I have ever been to! My 2 year old daughter fell and we needed an emergency dentist fast. They saw us within an hour. The staff were beyond kind and helpful, and my crying daughter was calmed quickly in the very friendly children’s waiting room. The dentist was so reassuring, that she didn’t cry at all (even though this was her 1st real dentist appointment). We were seen again in a week due to some bleeding. Once again this office went above and beyond! If there was an option to give more than 5 stars I would! I will definitely be using this dental office for all 3 of my kids. Thank you for being so wonderful!

The service there is really great, everyone is very kind and understanding.They were very nice to my daughter. 100% honest if I was a kid I would love it as my dentist. The waiting room for kids is amazing! Would definitely recommend to my friends with kids.

5 starts isn’t enough for how supported I feel at Woodlawn Kids Dental. Every week since last September I have been hosting my infant/toddler programs for Common Moms Guelph. Not only do I utilize their space but have to lean on the staff to help out. Not only are they running their business but go out of their way to make me (and the families that join my programs) feel supported. I couldn’t thank them enough for their professionalism, positive attitudes and kindness!

Wow! Blown away by the attention, professionalism and care they gave my child. We took our daughter in and couldn’t be happier! Cant wait to share our experience with all of our family and friends. Well done Woodlawn Kids Dental. 5 stars!!

I'm extremely disappointed with our experience at Woodlawn Pediatric Dentistry. They charged an outrageous $250 for a two-minute consultation without even completing an x-ray. The staff was impatient with my calm well-behaved child, giving up on the x-ray after only two attempts.We previously visited a non-pediatric dentist who offered a free consultation and demonstrated much more care and patience. In contrast Woodlawn Pediatric Dentistry seemed more focused on profit than providing quality care!Moreover, they suggested putting my child to sleep for dental work based on their impatience during the x-ray attempt. This is unacceptable, considering they are a pediatric dentistry and should be skilled in working with children.I highly recommend considering alternative dental practices for your children, as the service and professionalism at Woodlawn is severely lacking!

Absolutely fantastic with our 5 year old asd grandson. He needed to have sleep dentistry and quite a bit of work and they were amazing with him. So much so that all day he was asking to go back to dentist"! They made the entire process super easy including going over payment options when we realized it would cost more then our benefits covered. I can not recommend them enough...especially to fellow parents of autistic children. Many thanks to the Doctors and staff for treating our little guy so well. He is excited to come for the follow up in a couple weeks!"

I highly recommend taking your child/children here! The receptionist, dentist and staff were very compassionate. They were absolutely amazing with my daughter. They treated her like the star of the show from the moment she walked through the door. They were reassuring which is great since she got a full set of X-rays done and was a bit nervous. They explain everything so well, and never make you feel rushed with questions. My only regret is not finding out about this place earlier.

This was my sons first time to the dentist and I knew I wanted to take him to a place where they are patient with kids so he would love coming to the dentist instead of fearing it. Thanks to the Mom group suggestion, that is how I found out Woodlawn Kids Dental. We were very pleased and can’t wait to come back in 6 months.

My daughter had her first visit to Woodlawn Dental today. Upon entering the nice new building, the receptionist was so sweet and easy to speak with. The office is bright and clean and has a lovely play area that kept my daughter entertained while we waited a short time before meeting the dentist. Dr. Noah and the dental assistant were comforting to me, and wonderful with my Daughter who was a little nervous. He sang to her and we left happy. We enjoyed meeting you all. We will see your team in 6 months! Thank you.

Great experience! My 3 year old daughter went here for a procedure where she had to be put to sleep and we both had an excellent experience! We had a terrible experience at a different dentist prior to here that had left my daughter scared and uneasy about the dentist in general. The staff at Woodlawn kids dental was extremely patient with her, they explained her procedure to her in vocabulary she could understand and with enthusiasm to keep her spirits high. They then explained then entire procedure to me and answered all questions and made me feel as at relaxed as I could given the circumstances. They did a fantastic job on my daughters actual teeth and her recovery was smooth sailing because of how gentle and careful the dentist was. The facility is filled with toys and bright colours for kids to play with while they wait. Rachel made herself available to us at anytime via text and always answers right away. She also went over the procedure with me before our appointment and made me feel extremely confident that they would take amazing care of my daughter, and they did. My daughter actually asks when she gets to go back to the dentist now because she likes it so much! I now recommend this dentist to anyone I know with children because of how pleasant every encounter with the all staff was. 10/10!!!! Thank you Woodlawn kids dental!!
