The girl making the coffees clearly doesn’t know what she is doing. Grande cups half full, doesn’t wash milk container between milk and oat milk. Kinda important when you are allergic to milk. I recommend going across the street to the other coffee shop where they welcome you with a smile.

Made a reservation.. traveling all day.. ready to sit down and eat, have a few drinks. Was seated than waited 45 minutes for our waitress to bring our first drink.. after we asked another server.. can of beer served without a glass to my wife.. asked for a glass.. waited 10 minutes than got it from the bar myself..at least it was a frosty glass.. 1 hour and 20 minutes later our food arrived .. it was cold.. was offered new food, yet we were afraid how long it would take.. and what we could expect..exhausted from the day.. waitress offered free drink we accepted yet charged us anyway.. waited another 15 minutes for the bill.. honestly, for a Hilton..absolutely never again..hospitality and food quality are lacking... the live music was beautiful t...
