Bayers Lake Business Park
Easy to navigate and has all the essentials. On a side note, the busiest intersection leading to Walmart/NSLC/Superstore does not have any markings on the traffic lanes, and what makes matters worse is the lack of sidewalk for pedestrians having to walk on the road to get to the bus stop.

Bayers Lake Business Park
I enjoy Bayers Lake and the stores it has to offer. What I don't like about Bayers Lake is the size of their parking stalls with Costco being the exception. Also, the roadways leading to and exiting appear inadequate considering vehicular volume. Further, driving within the complex itself can often times be challenging. Despite these annoyances, my visitations remain high.

Can be pretty busy and hard to park sometimes. But it's a great central location to get all your shopping done.

Great area with lots of stores but the need to get rid of the first entrance to Costco. To many stupid people trying to make a left whe they could just hit the lights without slowing down the next 100 cars.

This is an industrial park that aomehow found itself being a shopping area. As a result the traffic flow is terrible, there public transit in the area is anemic, and the pedestrian experience is terrible. If you are a middle class person with a car, then knock yourself out.

So congested. You can tell that they don't plan any layout here when thinking of ways to build it up. They've been doing all kinds of construction which rumor has it will be a big Lowes in behind the Kent which may breath some life back into it. I've never seen a place so busy at all times of day.This place also has possibly the most dead strip mall section up by the super store and Canadian tire. I've never seen someone walk into the roots there. Ever. And it's been open for 20+ years

Wow what an amazing shopping farm! I have never seen such a busy shopping farm on Saturday. So many shopping cattle, filling their SUV's with so much shopping trash! The shopping farmers are doing a great job luring the mindless shopping cattle here, they love it!

Bayers Lake Business Park
One thing that stands out for me and it's not good. Is the open to the back side to costco.It's a wonder there's not a lot of ACCIDENTS at that spot. The City needs to close that opening up.or make the Road wider at that spot. The rest of the Road is OK.
