Poor Customer service. Shipment delayed already by over a week. Was told it was on a truck ready to be delivered one day and didn't show. Then the same person on the phone told me the next day that it in fact was not ready for delivery and I'd have to wait an extra 3 days. Didn't care. No trying to help resolve the issue.
