Well managed…great staff and savoury food…gem in the Kootenays…would be 5 star if corkage fee permitted as wine selection is mediocre / limited…either way highly recommended…enjoy

Great little spot to come for a date. Always a different selection of hand crafted drinks. The food is always good, Which is why I don't mind the higher price on that.

Went in to wait for a sports event, watched the leafs game. Staff was nice and friendly, went with an on tap beer and some ribs. The beer was nice and cold. Popcorn was complimentary which was great! Once the ribs arrived, nice thick sauce and the ribs came apart easy in your mouth. No excessive chewing here folks! The sauce was a great balance of sweet and spicy, hands down the best ribs I have had in a while. If you want a place to relax and have some food, although the menu is small I'm sure you will find something to love.

UPDATE TO REVIEW BELOW: As stated we are determined to support local businesses so we went back to The Bar and sat at THE BAR directly in front of the bartender and two servers going back and forth. It was not overly busy, certainly manageable by the staff that was working. 10 solid minutes without so much as an acknowkedgement that we were even there. Not a hi I'll be right with you" or "be with you in a few minutes" Nothing. Just head down

Terrific food ! We had chicken wings, chicken Bao buns, and the Ahi tuna wonton nachos. All were fantastic. Good selection of craft beer on tap & yummy cocktails. Excellent as always.

Happy with the service. Food was delicious and good portion sizes. Three dishes (plus the delicious complementary popcorn) for two adults was way too much food. Drinks were SUPER tasty.
