I found Jordan to be very warm and respectful in his approach. He was quick to correct anything he noticed as problematic so I could begin to develop greater awareness around habits that would impede my recovery. It was also clear to me that he is fully committed to ensuring his practice remains informed by current, evidence-based methods.

I sought out speech therapy to sort out some issues with my speaking voice which was affecting my singing (I am a professional singer). I was provided with concrete steps and excercises to do to improve the issues with my speech and the clinician worked with me until I had mastered each excercise. The protocol I was provided with was clear and realistic. I've since returned to TASC when I've had issues such as vocal fatigue or laryngitis, and received more acute types of treatment like manual therapy. I have recommended this clinic to my colleagues who have all had similarly excellent experiences. Thanks for everything!

Genuinely one of my favorite places I've ever worked with!

Had a totally disappointing experience. The person who provided service shows a lack of organization and expertise. Couldn’t understand why I have to spend 20mins of my time plus paying $75 to listen to repeating information on their website about their cost and philosophy. I was expected to be assessed my speech, but instead the majority of time was spent on dilly dally information. Please indicate your cost on your website transparently, don’t make us pay to hear it.Tiffany, who provided service showed her lack of expertise when I described my speech issue. No organized information as little as what is the structure of the programs or its purpose. She instead spent time trying to show empathy to people who have desire of reducing accent such as myself, which I appreciate the intention, but please understand that I’m not spending money for social services. I get such service for free. $75 for 20 mins, I’m getting paid $20/hour, that’s my 5 hours of working! please understand perspective of the people who paid. don’t impose your perspective on us.I had to request that I would like to read a passage so she may be could structure a program to my speech problems, after she said “if we have time we would, or else next session”. she did not show how to move forward from the conversation. After trying to sympathize and asked about my budget, now no sympathy was given to my budget anymore?I wrote a constructive feedback email, asked for a refund or re-assessment because I didn’t find the service worthy of my payment (and time!). The owner refused the request, spent time to explain his perspective of business. I appreciate your response and understand that you wanted to protect your business and your employee, but please, I paid 5 hours of my working time for 20mins of dilly dally and your protection of your own business perspective. If you said it’s an informational gathering session, please don’t mislead it with the title “assessment”. I’m not paying for information gathering nor to listening to your business perspectives.Very frustrated about losing time and money. Won’t use the service again and don’t recommend for others.

You have betrayed the confidence placed in you as a therapist today. People would come to you for help, instead you have tried to systematically destroy my self-esteem in the pathetic effort of gaining extra hours for treatment. Ironically, you managed to keep contradicting yourself and attempting to reduce all the effort I have done to nothing. You claimed my lisp is so severe that you are surprised that I pronounce any letter correctly. I came with a simple issue of a slushy S and you turned into a massive problem. Your attempt to prey on vulnerable people who come to you for help has failed this time. For every statement I made regarding my condition, you initially dismissed it, but then you repeated exactly what I have said. I am not surprised your diagnosis is shaky as your ethics. It is completely unacceptable for you to demean people and compare me to stroke victims. You even said that my jaw and tongue movement is doing very well based on the training I have been doing; specifically and I quote It is all there

Jordan is an incredible SLP! He is deeply knowledgeable and was able to help me pinpoint the root of issues I have been dealing with for YEARS. I have done everything imaginable for my jaw tension, and after only a few sessions with Jordan, my headaches are gone, my jaw clenching has minimized considerably.I was also dealing with pre-nodular swelling and a bit of a panic mode, as a singer, that was a terrifying possibility! He established a very simple daily routine and helped me reevaluate a few technique issues, and 6 months later, my scope shows ZERO pre-nodular formations!He did all of this with kindness, patience, and also a great sense of humour!I would recommend him (and have!) To anyone with great confidence!!
