Lost my phone and the store was able to get me set up with a new iphone 12 quickly. The service was quick and the associate was very friendly. They even hooked me up with a new case as well. Would recommend this Bell provider 100%!!

Hands down the BEST wireless service location I have ever visited. Jagjit and staff were customer-focused, professional, and clearly demonstrated their expertise in helping me select the best products and service plans to fit my needs. In addition, this location provided the most expedient cell-phone service I’ve had - no more standing around for hours waiting for phone activations and plan set ups!! I highly recommend this location for all of your cellular, wireless, and Bell service needs.

The service at bell is absolute garbage! I have been with bell for over 2 years now and have had nothing but terrible service! I specifically ordered a phone over a week ago and had the sales person call me directly to my cell phone and told me my phone was in and asked when I was picking it up I told him the next day as that’s when I had the time to. I go to the bell store here in Prince Albert after work as I told the guy I would for him to only tell me after 20 minutes of waiting that he sold my phone at lunch time and that another phone was going to have to be ordered. This is just absolutely ridiculous. Either get better customer service workers or there’s gunna be a lot of business loss..

I've spoken to 3 others that have the same phone as mine Galaxy S8 and they TOO can not receive notifications and one person's alarms aren't working either. Bell staff have tried NUMEROUS attempts to get this phone to provide notifications and NOTHING WORKS. I suggest to BELL is to advise their customers of the phone's deficiencies and either take them off the shelf to sell them to others. OR HAVE A GUARANTEE from Galaxy to Replace this phone. I stipulated shortly after receiving the phone that i wasn't happy with it. It was losing me customers and my existing merchants were starting to lose faith in my speed to return calls OR GET TO A SERVICE CALL!!! this affecting Their businesses as well as mine. I was repeatedly sent out the door to try whatever else they'd try to make it work until the 60 - 90 day warranty had expired. This took MANY trips down there and NOTHING was Ever rectified. GALAXY SUCKS! It will COST you MORE THAN YOU KNOW.

Did not have to wait in any lineup like I used to at Sasktel. Very good customer service, knowledgeable about their products and had a great experience changing over to Bell!! They took the time to answer all my questions!! Highly recommend this store!!

Incredibly friendly did absolutely everything under the sun to help save me money I didn't pay anything and I got a phone On a plan that used to cost twice as much through SASKTELL the last time I had one like this. Unlimited everything. Jagjit went above and beyond to save me money and did I highly recommend and I'm a hard one to sway.

Bought a glass screen protector. Showed the guy who was working my phone so I didn’t get the wrong size. Got home didn’t fit. Took it back not 30 minutes later with the receipt. The guy told me it’s my problem wouldn’t give me a refund or let me return it, an apology of some sort would have been the very least he could have done. Showed him pictures that it didn’t fit and he grabbed my phone to show me what type of phone o have. (I was unsure that is why I asked him to double check before buying it). Terrible customer service everytime I have gone there. I would highly recommend jump.ca for any of your phone needs.

Prince Albert branchPoor customer service, unprofessional, unpleasant, rude, unknowledgable. I've been with their service for like 6 years but when problem occurs, they don't know how to fix it and will try to get away with their mistakes. They'll even throw you out of their store. Staff Jared Gola and manager chantal Prokopie are what I'm talking about. I am not going back here anymore because of them. Racist people.I have a loaner phone with them, my son had it damaged but still in great working condition, I sent it back to them but they did kept the loaner phone and did not give me back my deposits of $250

Poor. Walked into an empty store and the owner or whoever the guy was didn’t look very happy to see me. Seemed annoyed that I wanted to get a new business number. Refused to provide me with a number saying that I had privileges on the business account, but wasn’t allowed to activate a new number.I left and went to Best Buy, had no trouble getting a SIM card and called Bell to activate it.This is a case study showing why people don’t buy local. Rude, unfriendly, unhelpful service. You’re better off at at a Box store or online.
