Calgary Transit - Customer Service Centre, Bow Parkade Location

Calgary Transit needs a major overhaul. We have a city of 1.6 million residents and a transit service that is neither reliable, rapid or affordable. Constant breakdowns, drivers who won't let passengers board even before leaving the station. Drivers who in the downtown core will move the train away from the platform to stop at a red light within meters of the platform making boarding the train impossible even though part of the train is still at the platform. These complaints aren't new and improvements aren't happening. Fares go up and service continues to fail.

Look….Stampede time & NO increase in train frequency. Who I’m the city organizes this!?Bit embarrassing to any visitors to our city.

Service is always quick and the workers are usually friendly. No complaints here.

Real quality people you have employed. You drive for a living so you should drive like you do. You have hard working Albertans on your bus and their lives matter! if you don't know the length of your double length vehicle you shouldn't pull out to the point that I have to pull directly into the next lane almost causing an accident and then to top it off you pull beside me and try to start confrontation. Find a new job angry man, if you injured all those people on your bus you deserve to go to jail.

They have six windows but I guess they're just for show, because there are never more than three open at once.

The low income transit booths at village square need to fix their hours sign and have better hours I arrived at 8am sign says open 9am to 5pm!!! It's now 9:44am and I'm in line with them still closed this is unacceptable to top it off they have aline behind me of probably over 60 people!!! This Is put if control the hours need to be set out properly and locations need more staff!!!! To have to have wrong hours wasting my day I also Deal with your rude disrespectful bus drivers who are absolutely unreal and dangerous on more than one occasion but these locations need to be fixed u got one time on a sign another online and another on a pamflet so open 9am 9:30 or 10am make sure the times are correct and get proper staff and more booths most low income families hae kids to make people stand like this cause our city doesn't care how it affects us is pathetic

My friend is at the hospital so I had to get her monthly pass at this office. She gets a discount cause she is handicapped so her social worker wrote a letter to go there on behalf of my friend. The cash representative was great, she was so friendly and very helpful.

Great customer service! My son left a bag on the bus and it was there with all items accounted for. The agent was very pleasant an helpful. He even spent the time to talk to my son as the customer retrieving his items. Asked him all the questions and made him sign for his belongings. I really loved that. Great staff.

I was riding my motorcycle in Inglewood, when a bus driver failed to use his mirrors when entering traffic. I was beside the bus and we were travelling at low speed. The bus driver continued to enter my lane despite by sounding the horn, and forced me to move into oncoming traffic, which, thankfully, was not a disaster and did not end in death. This time. I called Calgary Transit Customer service to explain the situation. I had the drivers badge number as I obtained it at the scene of the incident. I requested a call back to know what will be done regarding this divers lack of attention on the road. I never received that call back. So, apparently, Calgary Transit does not take safety seriously. They do not take customer service seriously. Hopefully none of this results in a loss of life in the future. Hopefully.

No point calling - the agents hired are rude, too lazy to bother taking the steps necessary to pass on to the right area a valid concern of the customers, and seem to be proud to be so ignorant to others. Obviously they know they can get away with this low level of attitude and behavior which makes the little pre recorded message heard first when calling in that states: RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR IS EXPECTED OF THE AGENTS ........."just a joke. There is no one overseeing that section at all
