TK Elevator Edmonton

Five months of elevator upgrades at a Boardwalk property. Very loud disruptive noise to tennants for 5 months so far. Noise mitigation practices are not part of the ThyssenKrupp toolkit in my experience. Thyssen directs complaints to the building manager. Building manager says nothing can be done and no obligation for communication. So both ThyssenKrupp and Boardwalk are in my opinion corporate bullies. Remember this next time you encounter their names and logos.

On the money all the time. Reference numbers fast professional. Should've called sooner.

I've worked in this building for17 years, and only 3 breakdowns. Outstanding!

Staff member was in my building fixing elevator and I seen him rudely address another member in the building and even used some less than appropriate language especially seeing as employee is on the job, then made threatening remarks to other tenant of my building. I called them and was told they would speak to employee and action would be taken then I would receive a call back. Never did receive a call back and then next day employee was back in our building again. If you are a company of renting associates and are looking at this company as an option for elevator maintenance or repair, as a tenant of one, I would highly recommend that you steer clear as this company doesn’t seem to care much about how it’s employees act when on the job. Absolutely ridiculous.

Servicemen was doing work in neighborhood and blocked my vehicle. Instead of apologizing when I approached him, he brushed me off. I would not hire this company based on the other similar reviews

This mechanic parks vip right beside the elevator in underground parking, vehicles are having trouble getting by, trucks have to turn around and drive across to the other side of the building to enter and I called to let them know and I can’t get a hold of anybody... @ll:30 in the morning.. our elevators are the Slowest moving things out there but I don’t think I can blame them for that haha.

So pleased with the long term contract we have shared with Thyssenkrupp over the past many years.Outstanding service from all departments. John , our service tech is an amazing young man, his knowledge along with his cheerful customer service skills is certainly an asset to our building and the company.

Live in the Manhattan on Saskatchewan dr Elevator constantly failing. Poor service. Poor experience. Very poor quality workmanship. Can not depend on elevator operation.

Only been using them for two years now for a 110 year old building with two elevators build in different decades, but they are very good with monthly inspections, and give me options and a time frame.
