We had a poor experience with ebike Canada. We scheduled an appointment more than a week ago, drove 45 mins to their sales centre just to learn that the bike we wanted to test wasn't available. They knew what we were looking for and had our phone number. It would have been easy to let us know the bike we're interested in is not in stock before making the trip.

I placed an order on May 3rd. I ordered an e-bike with additional accessories - a handrail and set pads. The bike was delivered quite quickly - about 10 days. The bike was pre-assembled - not that I wanted that, but it's ok. On the delivery day, I was told that accessories are on the way and I will get them in no longer than 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I asked for an update and was told exactly the same story - on their way to us from distributors. It's June 8th, I still did get my accessories, and Chris is ignoring my emails. I cannot give anything else than 1 star.

I had a terrible experience with this shop! Here's what happened: I placed an order online for an Aventon Aventure.2 bike. Prior to ordering, Chris, the business owner, assured me that the bike would be ready in 2 days, but it was never prepared. He then gave me an additional three days for the pick-up date, yet the bike still wasn't ready. They completely ignored me, even though they said we will call you four times, I never received any calls. Furthermore, I sent them two emails requesting a refund since the bike was not ready, but they didn't respond at all!

Made my appointment time online, showed up and Chris was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time for myself and my spouse with all sorts of questions about the different models. Was very busy with phone and walk ins as it was day 1 of BC ebike rebate program and he still took the time to make sure all our concerns were addressed

We are very pleased with the service we received from Chris at Ebike Canada. We purchased 2 ebikes and from start to finish Chris was helpful, and got us set up with bikes and an ebike rack. If there is a problem, Chris will see it through to a solution. Alan was also very knowledgeable and helpful, and even installed our bike rack for us. It is rare to have a retailer who provides outstanding service, and we are delighted to recommend Ebike Canada.

I had the worst customer service experience during my shopping history. In particular, a gentleman named Chris Scurr provided absolutely no response to multiple emails I sent regarding the cancellation of my order. When I called, he displayed a condescending attitude towards my English proficiency, almost as if mocking me. His behavior was highly unprofessional, and as someone who comes from Japan, I was deeply shocked and appalled by this level of service.

I just received my Aventon Aventure I ordered from E-Bike Canada and couldn't be happier with the quality of service Chris provided. If you are thinking about buying an e-bike do not hesitate to order from them, they have definitely won my loyalty.

Disorganized told they had in stock then made to purchase mirror to secure the one they apparently had available in box since they're system have no way to make deposits. Then told i couldn't pick it up untill next day. Then they tell u they sold it.
