These guys are great. They are serious about what they do but make the classes as interesting as possible! I had a great expierence here and would set recommend to others! My instructor was very specific about dos n donts but also how to protect yourself on the job for I stance keeping a record of when you look over the machines deeming them safe to work with. Also when its appropriate and not to refuse work and how to go about it properly! Thanks guys!!

If you have the pleasure of being instructed by Chris Blackburn, you're going to have a good day. He was funny, well spoken, informative and generally had a good way of explaining things and putting them into context. (I did the Working at Heights certificate)The place is close to a few bus routes, so even if you don't have a car, you should be able to get there with public transit.I don't remember if they have a vending machine, so you might want to bring your own food/drinks.I will definitely be going back to these guys for any additional safety training I may need for future jobs.

Brian is a great instructor. Explained the training with good examples, straight to the point with a good sense of humour. Would recommend them for working from heights training.

Went for my N95 fit test the other day as per one of my job requirements. The trainer, not sure what his name was, he was very professional and explained to me what to expect during the fit test. It didn't take long to complete the process. Very informative and provided me with the proper fitting mask other than the one I've purchased and brought with me. Thanks for the help.

Instructors John and Chris both provided great training. Both of them have a great sense of humor.They presented the program in a way that it was easy to understand the theory-practical for the certifications. I received certifications for working at heights, confined spaces entry, mobile elevated work platforms, and forklift+telehandler in Kingston. Main reason I wanted these certifications is to show my interest and build up my resume to get a career in the field of trades. I tended to have more unrelated experience, now ever since, more employers have been getting back to me, and now I have a career in telecommunications industry! Thanks for the assist Safety Guys!

I was very impressed with the level of training received. The instructor shared relevant workplace oversights and up-to-date safety standards. Student participation was also highly encouraged.Course content was detailed and backed up by practical exercises.This course is extremely valuable and well worth the money spent.

I liked my experience there very much: the instructor was funny, upbeat, personable and delivered what could easily have been a long and drab lecture in a way that made me curious and wanting to learn more, and that I'll remember. The other two instructors present for the outside component were helpful too and offered good suggestions.

The trainers are so nice !They take breaks every hour to stretch the legs.They're lively and keep you engaged.I will always go back here.Really enjoyed it.

I just finished a WHMIS course there with Matt, and a WAH course with John last week, and I was so glad I did! The site itself is fully equipped and prepared. John and Matt were both very good teachers, and excellent listeners as well! They covered a lot of important information and managed to make it interesting and fun, and easy to learn. I am taking this invaluable training to my new job, and I feel safer and more informed about many safety aspects of working in my field.I highly recommend this company and both John and Matt as Professional Trianers who convey knowledge and experience in their craft!

Went for a training course, couldn't stand the instructor, bragging about billing SLC for people that didn't show up, I wonder who ends up paying for that? It's a big joke to Paul. Very unprofessional, wouldn't go there even if it was free, so I walked out and informed SLC that they would likely be billed anyway.
