Was just there today, May 14, with my family and the employees were the most unhelpful bunch. Unlike the helpful Foot Locker pips in Surrey, these men would just look at you, lean on the wall, chitchat and would not offer assistance even if it’s obvious you need one

Very bad, awful service, technically is NO service at all. No one to greet you, you have to wait for 10 min. to wait someone to come to check what size I need (not in a peak hours, 10:15 am during weekdays)!After I tried the shoes, nobody come to follow up, he just walk away and keep chit chat with the other staffs!!!!

The sales man is just on his phone. I ask if theres a size available but he already told me ni size without checking it. Didnt even offer assistance. Poor service

Huge shoutout to Marge! She was able to help me out grab the Jordan 1. She was super quick and rang my transaction through in seconds!December 2022: Re: Amrit is a great manager that really wants to what’s best for the store. He’s always constantly pushing sales and got me to purchase a couple of extra items. His ability to sell his customers is one of a kind! Julie is an energetic worker who was funny enough to keep me laughing throughout the whole experience.
