I went there yesterday to get my new phone. The staff was very helpful and friendly service. She stayed late 30 minutes to help me get a good plan. Thank you so much.

Awful service. They make you wait for a long time and at the end their system freezes and you end up wasting 2 hours with no gain. Very disappointing. When we tried to call the customer service it hangs up abruptly!Representatives are very slow and don't know how the system works.I don't recommend this carrier at all.

Worst experience ever! Rainie is horrible!!! If you have no patient answering questions then do not work as a sales. She finally being nice after my Mom decided to sign the contract. Will file a complaint for sure.

The manager Lin was very rude and impatient yesterday, I wonder how can she became a manager at Fido store.... Not professional at all and talking very aggressive... Very unhappy experience

Ashley is very professional, and knowledgeble with 15 years working experience. I just got an new plan with iphone 11 for my Mom, she is very satisfied. Hope you guys will find your best Fido plan in this store.
