Ordered the 4.5-70lb twist grip dumbbells which have enhanced my workouts dramatically. My only criticism is in the design. The plate hooks in the cradle and the receivers in the end plates could stand a slight redesign allowing a deeper connection as the remaining plates in the cradle have a tendency to tip over when there are only 1 or 2 left in the cradle. Outside of that criticism, I couldn't be more satisfied with the dumbbells as well as the level of customer service. Thank you.

USA Purchase Review:TL;DR: Customer service may be hard to reach, but they provide exceptional service and high-quality materials.I placed my first order with this company on December 31, 2022, looking for a barbell and weight set. I found that their Barbell and Weight Bundle was a great deal so I went with them. Honestly, my first experience was not looking good. There was a hold on my order because of payment authentication issues (my credit card hold) and when I would try to contact customer service on their phone line, the line was always full.However, here's the reason why I rated them 5 stars and why I would purchase from them again. I emailed their customer service dept. and James, helped me through the entire process. He willingly establish a phone call to approve my payment authentication and my items were shipped immediately.My 2nd point was that my barbell wasn't packaged correctly and was damaged through the process and I showed proof. Better Body was extremely helpful and compensated me at a high standard. Thank you James!Lastly, the quality of the materials is up to par. The barbell is heavy and seems durable. The weight set was also shipped with care and they look amazing! They're a bit glossy and have a nice metal clanking sound. I could see this set lasting long.

Better Body was great to deal with. We outfitted a gym for an Airbnb and it has been a hit. The equipment was straightforward to put together and is sturdy and good quality. The adjustable dumbbells are really intuitive and work really well. Reviews of the gym equipment from guests have been super positive.

Well it's quite obvious to me now that these Google Reviews are fake and inaccurate. Regardless if these guys are a local business, they have the worst customer service.I'm from Vancouver Island and wanted to support a local business but I can now see that it was a huge mistake.I ordered dumb bell interchangeable weights and a bench for over $600. When we converted our garage we unboxed our equipment to find our bench was rusted in multiple spots, plus the bench itself is wobbly and super dangerous to do any sort of weight lifting on. The dumb bell weights they sold me have the magnets fall off while lifting the weights and have landed on my feet and chest while working out (within the first 3 days of using the gear).I have contacted them for a refund multiple times and they have a 30 day narrow window which we are outside of as we waited to convert our garage. Now we open the boxes and gear to find out how bad the quality is. Super disappointing.Small businesses should have all the time in the world to resolve any quality issues with their products and to make a customer happy. I'm so fortunate I didn't buy anything else, as we were looking to make a complete gym setup.Again, it's unfortunate that their friends and family just misrepresented the quality of the company and tricked people into trusting them.Missed the mark completely here.If in fact, I would have receive a complete replacement of the gear or any sort of help that didn't take 19 days and counting then I would have consider purchasing additional equipment as I thought I was an anomaly.But if you sell equipment and your window is just 30 days then this makes total sense why they are trying to take my money because they know their products are inconsistent (and dangerous).Buyer beware.

This review is based on the equipment itself. Bought the adjustable dumbbells 3 months ago, set everything up (bought a bench as well) looked great. Procrastinated 2 months before starting to use the equipment, thought it was ok at first but always thought the dumbbells looked cheaply made, even dialing to the weight just doesn't feel great. Anyways, today I lay down on the bench to do some chest press with 30 pounds in each hand, all of a sudden one of the weights fell and nearly hit me in the face, upon looking I see the cheap plastic holding the weight is already broken. Also I believe the others when they say all these 5 star reviews are paid reviewers or got something for free in return. Tried posting a 1 star review on their site and it never showed up. Pretty shady if you ask me.They did send me a new handle for the dumbbell, let's see if this one lasts longer than 3 weeks. Also my 1 star review on their website never showed up so they only show 4 and 5 star reviews, shouldn't that be illegal?

Early this year I purchased a Better Body Pro Twist Bundle | 5 - 70lbs & Bench × 1 and can say that the quality of the dumbbells and the bench itself are top notch!Unfortunately, the dumbbell plastic cradle base came broken when it arrived but on the bright side, Better Body's customer service was very attentive and managed to ship a replacement free of cost.Highly recommended!

Really happy with my power rack and adjustable dumbbells! Decided to go with Better Body equipment after a friend ordered and loved their setup.Has made my small home workout space way more effective, can actually get in a proper full body session without needing to drive to the gym which is great. Worth the money, these guys deliver

By far the best gym equipment I’ve used for my home gym setup. Super durable and sturdy and didn’t cost me a fortune. Customer experience was smooth the whole way through and I will definitely be ordering more from them in the future. Can’t recommend enough

I ordered the adjustable dumbbells, and the incline bench combo. It came with a free mat. I've been using them almost every day since and I feel better and look better all the time. The service was fast and it shipped to my door in a few days. I'll be buying more equipment from here soon.

James and the staff over at Better Body were amazing to work with. The quality of their equipment is just as good and if not even better than that which you will find in your local gym. I cannot recommend using Better Body highly enough. Excellent communication, fast shipping, and an amazing product. What more could you want?
