I’ve always liked Sherwin Williams paint quality. My husband and I have tried other brands and they have not compared.The Sales rep was approachable, knowledgeable, polite and friendly.Good selection on paint colours.I would always recommend Sherwin Williams over other paint stores.

Ordered 3 paint chips from the website to try and match a colour on wallpaper. When I arrived and picked up my curbside there were 6 extra chips in the same colour family included. This extra effort made by the staff was extremely appreciated. I was able to match my wallpaper and the paint is a perfect match and great quality.

Big thanks to Jennifer for helping this novice painter buy paint and painting supplies! I appreciated her knowledge about the different types of wall paint would be best in each room. It was also convenient that they had all the supplies that I needed in stock and ready for me to pick up in just 30 minutes! (The Home Depot waiting time can be 24 hours+ during these pandemic days).The store is pick up only because of the lockdown, but ordering paint chips and placing an order over the phone was simple and easy. I would definitely recommend this paint store.

Very bad service. When I went there back in 2017, the girl was very rude & was not good at mixing paints. Samples were way off from chip too. Their paint is extremely expensive but needs 3 coat in the times when other brands offer single coat coverage. Not going to this location again, due to very poor customer service! my neighbors had bad experience at this location as well.They need to hire better people who work with customers & appreciate the business. They mostly rely on the business from contractors & offer them huge discounts. Wish it was better a experience. waste of money.

We had a way better experience here than with the big box stores during the covid-19 lockdown. The staff were knowledgeable, patient and helpful. They were willing to shake our old, unused paint cans and it was kind of nice to order by phone and then just pick it up when it was all ready. The products were of a good quality. Curbside pickup is quick and efficient - just as long as there aren't a lot of other people already waiting when you get there.

Jennifer Murray was exemplary in the manner in which she handled a complicated warranty claim. Having taught customer service myself, Jen exceeded my relatively high expectations, and, in addition, she's very knowledgeable. I strongly recommend her for a deserved acknowledgement. This review is for the current manager Kristal Hunte, she is the absolute worse manager I have ever seen, does nothing and works her employees to the bone when she does absolutely nothing besides sit in he office and goes on her phone. Store is very filthy and I was told that she doesn't help once clean the store. Sometimes she even comes in wearing unprofessional attire. She even talks about employees behind their back and I also heard she talks down on customers also. Beware and be careful.

Walked in at 5:45 last Saturday (15 mins before closing) and the sales rep provided fantastic service. He was able to get our paint ready in 5 minutes, provide insightful advice and was overall very pleasant.I don't remember the associates name but I'd like to thank him for his excellent service.
