Decided to come for lunch and get a drink and surprisingly had a pretty terrible experience.Based on the reviews we were excited to come and try it, but overall found it pretty frustrating. We ordered two drinks and two apps, one of which was a salad.Our drinks came out relatively quick but the salad and chicken skewers took well over an hour. We had to rebook a reservation because we were there for far longer than expected waiting on the food.It was kinda funny that the table next to us was being offered free drinks for the wait and we didn’t even get a sorry.So honestly an hour for a Cesar salad and mid service. I definitely won’t be back any time soon.

Have been there twice now. Dinner was average the first time. Second time, we came on a Sunday afternoon. Ordered 2 beers after waiting a few minutes. Waited 10 minutes before the server asked if we’d like a refill of our water. We were still waiting for the beers we ordered 10 minutes earlier. The place wasn’t exactly busy. Don’t waste your time.

Food was great. Got seated right away. Our server was awesome and funny. I didn't even know this place existed until we found it walking downtown. Would definitely come back here again. It's not a big menu, but it does have something for everyone, I think. You also have the option to sit outside with a headlamp or inside.

My first visit and it's absolutely perfect. Fun and unassuming atmosphere. Good music, good vibes. Staff is accommodating and friendly and the food... To die for! I had the crab cakes and chicken skewers (bacon wrapped, I might add) and oh... My... God.If you haven't been here, just do it.

Amazing first time at Rocky Mountain Ice house! Originally went to cask & barrel and the waitress recommended to go here for the larger menu. our server was absolutely the best. they have the best crab cakes I've ever had! Not overcooked, not burnt or greasy and perfect portion for the price. I also had the pork belly with the smashed potatoes, holy smokes were they delicious! my date had the Southern fried chicken and the mac and cheese. the only thing I recommend is the mac and cheese needs to be cheesier! so nice to have a slice of watermelon on the side. the watermelon Caesar salad is also really really good!! Definitely coming back.

Went there for some drinks with a couple friends and we had Brooklyn as our server, she gave us some good drink recommendations and some good food recommendations as well! We had a blast there. She had really awesome knowledge of the menu and very on top of her game, and friendly and easy to talk to! Thank you we will be back!

Nice place with mountainous theme. Got a patio area in the back but due to the rain the make shift tarp for protection wasn't working to well as water was falling through. Staff was accommodating. Didn't eat anything at the time but the Jasper cocktail was delicious.

Food was good but that took longer than necessary. It was game night for the Oilers but the bar wasn't that busy. Waited more than an hour for a couple of burgers and a couple of wings.Other than that, our server was super nice and apologetic. Kept checking up on us. And the manager at the time was good too.

It's one of good places to grab a drink with your friends, but last time I've been there, the service seemed so off to me! I'll go back, but hope they do better by next time!

My friend and I were on a girls trip and went to this place after the Shania Twain concert! This place is amazing! Our server was amazing, the greeter was friendly and the manager even stopped and had a conversation with us! Overall, very impressed with this place!
