Don’t ever bother coming here, poor excuse for a Burger King, franchise should be embarrassed. The place is filthy and unattended to, owners are so cheap they put a couple pieces of shredded lettuce on the whoppers and 1 tomato, it’s a whopping scam. Never fresh but always waiting. Stay away

I went into this BK after a long camping trip. I was looking forward to a hardy burger.I stood at the counter for about 5 min being completely ignored by staff. One staff member was on her phone. She looked directly at me and continued to ignore me. Finally I ask for help in a more assertive manner. Someone finally came from the back to help me while the girl on the cell phone was still on the phone.I've never been so insulted at a restaurant like this before. If I wasn't so hungry I would've walked right out.I manage to get some pictures of the staff member on the phone. She was still on the phone when I left the place.

The service was excellent, polite and friendly! Food was cooked fresh, was hot and not dried out. Prices were amazing. A reasonable meal! Our 4th time there and will definitely go again.

Edit , this was a 5* review when it first opened..Now the place drive throu is never open during business hours , food in drive throu is just thrown in bags and napkins balled up.outside garbage cans are always full and garbage laying around everywhere.Tables and chairs always dirty , the franchise needs to come have a look and health board!!! Unbelievable!!

This entire place is disgusting. The building is brand new and the inside is literally filthy. There wasn't any customers inside and I saw like 5 employees just sitting around talking while the entire space had garbage everywhere. There was literally old food on the floor in their kitchen while they just stood there on their phones. The bathrooms were disgusting. I didn't even eat here.

Drive through is never open during business hours .One can only assume the franchise owner does not need the additional business.Neither is the manager concerned about offering customer service .Many other fast food restaurants in Merritt that appreciate customers .DQ Mary's Chicken .A&W drive through always open and staff very nice .Most unfortunate the Burger King Management not concerned with the many comments .

After being ignored and pretending I wasn’t even there by one woman for over 5 minutes, another girl came sauntering out from somewhere in the back and with a very large annoyed look and rude tone she finally took my order. Several other customers got the same rude treatment as I was standing there waiting for my order. Not good for a business that runs on customer service. If not for a lack of other places to park with my big rig, I probably wouldn’t ever come back.

Atmosphere is dirty, would be an understatement. The backside door area of the BK is very disturbing, yes DISTURBING. There's garbage and grease and a very nasty BBQ sitting outback for some reason.The couple times I went there for food they were always out of more than one or two things.The times it was just for coffee, it'd be old coffee sitting in a community hall style decanter, and they overcharge for a cup they only full 2/3 ful and I have to complain and ask them to fill it, EVERY SINGLE TIMEThe service at the till, the ladies are nice and do as well as they can given the resources they lack. That's the only good thing i can say about it, is the people working the till are very nice and politeTaste and quality wise it's 2 stars at best on its best day. Much like the esso its located I'm, this burger King should lose its franchise name as its an embarrassment to the brand and to the people it attempts to serve

Terrible service! Only Burger King that gives you half a container of gravy. Had to order 2 for 1 side of fries. When I asked about the gravy all she could say is 2 scoops. I've never ran out anywhere else. On top, I found a piece of plastic in my whopper!! Will never visit this location again!!
