I'm a newer move in to a home with geothermal. During the recent cold snap in February our furnace stopped blowing warm air. We had another company come out but they could not properly repair it. I spent 3-4 hours finding someone who had familiarity with geothermal and/or Bosch units. I was becoming desperate. Scott at West Coast Geothermal answered my call and was able to properly diagnose the issue and explained to me over the phone what was going on and what to do. He spent 35 minutes with me over the phone and now my system works. No bill. He was also familiar with the technician of the other company who tried to do the work. My cooling stopped working on the geothermal unit. I got a hold of Scott from West Coast Geothermal. I told him over the phone what was wrong and he gave me some trouble shooting solutions to try myself. The first one did not work, but the second one did. Not only did he help get it fixed really quick. He also did not charge me anything for the advice. It’s rare to find people that still have integrity and honestly in the business world. Very knowledgeable and professional, can’t recommend enough.

Westcoast Geothermal was incredible to deal with.Scott attempted to troubleshoot with me over the phone and via email (even afterhours) and when it was determined that the issue we were experiencing required a more detailed service, he was able to adjust his team's schedule to analyze and order the part we needed. All of this was during a heat wave and the people impacted by the AC unit not functioning are in their 70's and so incredibly grateful for this amazing service and quick turn around.This business sure puts the customer first and treats them better than most businesses I've interacted with. West Coast Geothermal installed my Geothermal unit in my home. They are knowledgably, prompt, responsive, professional and reliable. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. You would be hard pressed to find another company with even close to the same level of service as Westcoast Geothermal. Keep up the great work guys!

Great service! Scott called me back right away. Even better, he spent at least 15 minutes on the phone with me, walking me through some steps to remotely try to diagnose the problem with my ground source heat pump. He was calm and patient with me. He walked me through restarting the unit and remotely identified the problem (dirty air filter). He thanked me for calling, and his help over the phone was no charge, even though he hadn't even installed our unit. THANK YOU very much Scott.

Scott was amazing yesterday. Even though the company was far too busy in late November to make a guaranteed service call to the other side of the Lower Mainland, he took the time to talk me through some troubleshooting over several phone calls. I have a small amount of mechanical / electrical ability; but, I also know what my limits are. Scott took the time to talk me through them. Problem solved. Early Christmas present for me. Scott and his team retrofitted an air-to-water heat pump into my (formerly) natural gas house. Now my house is completely off fossil fuels.Scott is very knowledgeable about different solutions. He helped me plan ahead according to my future renovation goals and suggested the right equipment for that strategy. He got the equipment onto CleanBC's eligibility list so I ended up with a decent CleanBC rebate after the heat pump was installed.The communication with everyone at West Coast Geothermal was professional and very timely. There were pandemic-related issues along the way but Scott's team is responsive and adaptable. All together, we must have exchanged over 200+ emails to overcome the obstacles.The heat pump needed some fine tuning after installation and the team found the time to make things right, even over the busy winter holidays.I highly recommend West Coast Geothermal. I look forward to working with them again when I save up enough for the next part of my renovation plan.

My apartment's heat pump wouldn't produce cold air. Kyle came by and found problem instantly. It was low refrigerant, so he recharged the tank and now my geothermal cooing machine is running like a charm. It definitely saved us from these crazy hot days. The service price is reasonable. I really appreciate the xcellent work done by Kyle. Highly recommend to everyone who needs an experienced service company which having knowledge of apartment geothermal heating and cooling system.
