For those interested in renting equipment for winter or summer activities, this is a great option to rent and try for a sport. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Decent place to get rentals, hours are limited. Would recommend other rental places that have better pick up and drop off hours.Ran by teenagers who seemed more interested in their phones than in providing quality service to customers. I was disappointed to hear that staff members have been encouraging customers to use the online booking system instead of providing assistance in person. While I understand that this may be more convenient for the staff during peak times, it is not an acceptable excuse for poor customer service. Poor reflection of the institution.

They have great courses, and their outdoor equipment rental program is so easy and so affordable. It really makes accessing the great outdoors easier for everyone. I've only had positive experiences with all the staff. I've taken multiple courses, and rented numerous times and will continue to go back. An excellent service for Calgary!

Sometimes there can be a line to getting rentals but that’s just because it’s a popular place. Always rent out good equipment, never been charged late fees or damaged goods on return. Friendly and accommodating staff. Classic

Great online booking system and great price. Staff was courteous (at least for my experience). Free parking right outside for customers (see photo)Most of these staff are university student ages and continuously learning to serve customers better. Blessed to have such a facility to serve Calgarians.

Had an amazing experience doing my AST1 through the Outdoor Centre! I learned tons about avalanches, and safety when it comes to being in the backcountry. I'd recommend that anyone who is snowshoeing, snowmobiling or ski touring take this course! Thanks guys!
