I have never in my 12 years of buying bras had a better experience than i did today. Armena (im sorry i spelled incorrectly) was the loveliest sales associate i have talked to in maybe my entire life. Thank you so much. I was unaware they closed early today due to short staff but they helped me out past their closing time and made sure i got what i needed, even though i did not know what i needed. Not only did i get 2 bras, they also gave me ideas for other places i could shop that would have my odd size. I am not normal, armena is not either, and i love her. Thank you and megan so much for support in more than one way.

I had the best experience today with an incredible employee ( I didn't get your name and I'm so sorry) she helped me find my true bra size and was so knowledgeable. These experiences can be unnerving for me at times, but she made me feel very comfortable as she guided me through the process and helped me find what was best for me.Thank you!

Every single time I visit this store, I get phenomenal customer service. Not too in your face which I appreciate and they always help me feel comfortable and confident. Finding just the right swimsuit can be a process so it’s nice to have these fantastic staff members helping to find flattering and properly fitting garments.

The lady who helped was awesome. I never imagined I would go back to a 2 piece, granddaughter helped pick out the swimwear. High waisted bottoms with a cute top that fits perfectly thanks to the lady at the shop.

Ashianna is always so nice and helpful when I come into the store, along with all the other girls! Great experience all around!

I went in on my break to find a new swimsuit since, the last time I wore a swimsuit, I was about 50lbs lighter. Not feeling great about yourself and shopping for swimsuits is obviously not fun. Over comes Robyn... She's a lifesaver. She showed me a one piece that has some more slimming features than others and, I tell ya, it is magic. She laughed along with me and was really comfortable to work with. The suit was only $70, which is pretty reasonable, considering how cute it is, and the standard price of swimsuits, these days. Really, all the ladies there were wonderful. I called back in, as I forgot Robyn's name, and Ashianna (copied from another review) was extremely helpful in letting me know who I was talking to. She was super friendly on the phone, and I recognized her voice from when I was in the changeroom and she was helping another lady out. I'm very pleased with my experience. You made, what is usually a really uncomfortable situation, fun. Thank you.

I absolutely hate shopping and get terrible anxiety while doing it because of this and having children it has been 3+ Years since i purchased a bra that fit. I showed up to their store about 15 minutes before closing & the lady let me stay 20 minutes passed closing to help me find one that fit comfortably. She helped me choose multiple different styles that fit great! She was so helpful, i will definitely be doing all future undergarment shopping here!! I will not be stepping a foot in la senza ever again. This place is the place to go!!! 5 star service!!!
