I used SImply Home Downsizing and Pauline for a very emotionally tricky situation.Her and her team were tasked with downsizing a mid-30's client of mine from his family home after losing his parent. Her and her team were empathetic, careful, patient, and responsive during time critical scenarios.I will be using her services for my businesses downsizing needs so long as I'm practicing in real estate. Incredible service. Very professional. Their organization skills and product knowledge are amazing (Mary, Julie, Debbie). Truly enjoyed working with Mary. She understood exactly how I wanted things organized without providing much direction. She grasped my preferences right away! This meant I didn't have to manage the process and I was able to leave the house while she worked away and things were put away perfectly upon my return home. I can't speak highly enough of the team from Simply Home Downsizing. This group of incredible women helped me pack first before staging and then again before a cross-country move. Their efficiency and attention to detail is incredible! Each box and work of art is labeled with so much detail that unpacking will be a breeze. But the most important reason I would recommend this team is how well they deal with emotions. Moving or downsizing is hard. They understood with no judgement why I held on to certain items and made sure they were packed with care. On the other hand, they were also amazing and helping me get rid of so many things! Pauline and her team are incredible and their services are priced much lower than I would have expected for the service provided. Her team are experienced, compassionate, friendly, professional, efficient, quick, proactive and really do take so much stress off your hands. I can't recommend them enough. Rosalind and her team knocked it out of the park. She staged a triplex in the heart of Toronto, crafting numerous rooms with a mix of elegance, texture and modern minimalism. A pleasure to work with, walls were cared for, and scheduling was a snap. Highly recommended.

Pauline and her team are amazing! We moved our two five year old kids and pets in a very short period of time. The team packed our entire house, put it in storage, staged our house to sell it and then moved all our stuff and unpacked it at our new house. We barely lifted a finger. They also organized everything we had, decluttered and arranged to donate, recycle or remove anything we did not need anymore. I was moving my aunt from her 2 bedroom apartment to a Retirement Residence in the middle of Covid!! I had to have everything removed from her apartment and the Simply Home Team saved me. Pauline was efficient, organized, made sure I always had timely information, and watched things like a Hawk to ensure everything went well. The day of packing everything up went smoothly and everything was handled with care. The movers were prompt, professional, and careful. Every step of the way was on time and handled with excellence. Having Rosalind and her team help us with our project was absolutely a wonderful experience. They got our rental unit set up for our renter, and the renter was very pleased with how the unit looked and it's cleanliness. They were professional, accommodating and flexible. She was very helpful and went above and beyond as we were unable to be there to manage this project.
