Horrible doctor- waited in the “little room” last week for ten minutes. I am still sick still coughing hard, doc last week said “nothing wrong with me” still congested still soar throat unable to sleep for 4 days now, going to another clinic and will voice my unhappiness with them about this help - DO NOT GO HERE- really came across like I was her first patient smh

receptionist is rude.EDIT JULY2022- My mother has been seeing Dr.Ibude for just over 3 years about pains in her stomach. Dr.Ibude pushed her off for years after getting tests finding small abnormalities" within my mothers tests

DO NOT COME HERE!The receptionist is extremely rude I walked in without a greeting I asked if they except walkins she told me no, no further information. Did not tell me how I can book an appointment did not ask me when I can come in to book an appointment did not even check her computer to see if anything was available for the rest of the week. I arrived at 5:21 and she told me they aren’t seeing anybody else even though they close at 6:30. Unfortunately terrible customer service would never go back! If I can give half a star I would.

Amazing doctor!!! Always very helpful and polite. She cares for her patients and ALWAYS takes her time explaining things and listening to what you have to say. The office and rooms are always very clean. The wait can be long at times to see her (while waiting in a room) about 30 min. It’s hard to find a doctor these days that don’t just give you medication and send you on your way like a few I’ve had in the past, but instead Dr. Ibude will always talk about different options with you and then explains what’s she’s giving you and possible side effects. I’m happy I made the choice to change my family doctor for my whole family, even my kids love her. She’s very gentle with them and patient.Also to add the receptionist can be a little off putting and rude at times.

I have been going to Dr. Ibude for the last year and a half now with my entire family. Her schedule is flexible and I am able to get in to see her either same day if possible or usually the next day when it's a more pressing matter.

I met her today for the first time to see if I like the new family doctor that care connect suggests earlier (for Pap Smear). I like the environment in the clinic. I like this family doctor the moment she politely asked me whether it's ok to enter the room. She's outgoing and cares about her patients.

I used to go to this clinic last year when I first moved to Richmond Hill. The doc was always in a rush, not being present with patients. She made several mistakes in filling out my forms, mistaken me with another patient and my husband had to do several follow up on my behalf during my difficult time. Didn’t have a good experience, had to end the relationship of having her as my family doctor after few months.

Dr. Ibude is NEVER available when you need her. Reception is miserable and not helpful at all. Seems like they're just in to collect on your OHIP and move you along.

Receptionist is terribly RUDE!I called to cancel my appointment, as I was still talking trying to reschedule she says “ok bye” and hung up on me as I was talking. Customer service is extremely important and I was hoping to become a new patient here but I most definitely will be looking elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, she should not be on the phone line.

A couple of good things to say about the clinic is for one thing it is clean and has a fresh appeal. Also, the wait time is not very long to see the Dr. which is great, because most other clinics can take a few days before you get to see a doctor. Aside from that, not much more positive can be said of the experience. First, the clinic receptionists is rude, abrupt, lazy and lacks empathy. Definitely not the right person to be at the front office of a medical clinic when people are dealing with health issues. She really needs to find a new occupation. Now for the doctor, first red flag was when she asked me my religious affiliation. I have never had a doctor ask me that before. It should not make a difference to the medical care that is given. Next, Dr. Ibude does not seem to be really interested in being a GP. It’s almost of if your health concerns are an inconvenience for her. The receptionist and her make an interesting team as they both don’t seem to be in the right occupation of healthcare. They both often recommend people go to the emergency. It’s the first option they present even if the situation isn’t an emergency. Passing the health care responsibility onto someone else. I recommend finding a different Dr.(I understand that times are tough for many in the healthcare profession. It’s a tough time to find a good Dr.)
