The blonde scraggly male teenager at the cash was extremely rude and only spoke to the other associate in the store about personal conversations. I had to be the one to engage in basic customer service conversation and also wish the kid a good night after he mumbled under his breath to ask me if I wanted a receipt. Not once thanked for shopping at their locally owned" store and paying more than the competitors. I was a regular customer

The return policy is nice. I bought a new dog food for my blk lab two days ago. But my dog runs thousand times of washroom after having that food. So i bring the opened bag to the store and one of staff helps me exchange and refund the difference.

I recently moved to Welland and was having issues with my cat adjusting to the new house. He started having accidents on the carpet and I couldn’t find his normal litter at any of the stores near our new home. I stopped into this Pet Value and the owner Steph was so wonderful to speak to. Not only did she take the time to talk to me as she was heading out the door, she helped me find a litter similar to Archie’s old brand and suggested what she calls the best odour eliminator. I am definitely happy I found this shop and I will be a regular customer because of this great service.

Friendly staff and great selection for all types of pets. AND if they are ever out of stock they usually have a great alternative brand that fits the bill in a pinch!

Best store for everything your pet needs. Staff was super helpful, especially the owner who has a plethora of knowledge for every pet, she's really passionate to give the best information on the health and wellness of my animals. They have a permanent feathered resident who's their mascot. It's a VERY welcoming space; this is my regular, and most trusted pet supply stop!

This is a great location to go to. The staff is super friendly, incredibly helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I think we've been lucky enough to get the owner the few times we've been in and every single time we leave we feel great about the experience. Plus, our old pup seems to be loving their recommendations and suggestions! Even though we live out of town, this location is our go-to!
