Bayside Nissan

Paid 2.5 hours of labour to be told engine is done (2018 truck) with no alternative. 3 weeks later still waiting on my quote to get it fixed. Contacted the owner to discuss and still waiting on a response.

Let's see, where to start.. changed my tires and and to go back for them to reset the censors. Had to wait 6 weeks for a part on warranty while not being able to drive my car without a courtesy vehicle or a rental.. Had to call because nobody kept us up to date. Today I went in for an oil change.. sat there for over an hour before they told me they couldn't take the car in for an other 2 hours lol. That just does it for me. I already have to drive for an hour for service, what's an other hour since I have to wait there forever anyway.. I will not be returning there for service and will not buy an other vehicle from them because of this horrible experience.. there is also apparently no easy way to get to a manager because they don't really care about people that buy lower price vehicles.. also the new service guy and parts lady are the worst.. sorry I get that there's a learning curve but come on..

Unbelievable the worst service in town. Drove with my week old baby to look at back seat sizes in order to trade in my Nissan juke. This man named Fred wanted me to sit in the office to work out prices snd specifics despite me saying I was just looking at seat sizes for now as I had my newborn in the car. This was not my intentions for today as I had my newborn with me we merely wanted to look for space for the carseat. (ie I wanted keys to unlock cars in the parking look to just look inside, and place the carseat inside.) Fred told me he did not want to do all the effort if we were not going to buy there. So I left, my husband went in and asked for himself to see a vehicle and Fred said he needed to run a credit check in order to show a vehicle to him. That they do not show cares without a full application to buy the car. Absolutely obsurd service. Thanks for nothing Hatheway Nissan, second time I get terrible service from you guys and I've had 4 Nissan vehicles that I will happily keep buying elsewhere.

We are travelling from out of town and had to make a stop at Nissan... they were amazing and super friendly! They put our mind at ease so we could continue on with our vacation.A special thank you to Roland and the mechanic who worked on our car.Thank you again for everything!

Great service and courteous staff! We were taken care of right away when we showed up with our véhicule. Was very pleased to have a courtesy drive to my workplace while my car was being looked after. Manager and shop staff were very friendly!Seating area was nice and clean and refreshments were available.

On my way to moncton my battery light came on, naturally stopped there since I drive a Maxima. Got told rudely they don't have time to do the test. They left me stranded. I drove to a local garage and they are working on it right away. I bought 2 Nissan back to back and this is my last Nissan after this treatment.

I own a Nissan but don't go on this dealership. Worst customer service.
