I was impressed with the level of professionalism in this shop, they explained everything that needs to be done and gave me options, the turnaround time was quick and exactly what was communicated from the beginning.Over all honest, professional and customer service oriented stuff and management. This is definitely my go to place for car repairs.

They've been my mechanics for a long time. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is difficult, so they're the only people I go to. They take time to explain and to give me options. And they're reasonably priced. I'm extremely happy with them.

L shop. The young technician they had in there completely misguided me and said my car was really broken and it would cost $600 just in diagnosis to see what's wrong. I took my car to another shop and it was just a ground wire issue. Not recommended. Much better options available in town. This is a tire shop at best.

The owner is amazing, I only trust him with my car. He never tries to sell me unnecessary things. He will tell me AND show me what needs to be fixed & is honest about what may come up in the future if I go the cheap route. Amazing guys here. Grateful I found a respectful mechanic in Windsor.

Fantastic shop and great staff. it’s hard finding a mechanic that won’t scam you for all your money but these guys are honest and trustworthy. Definitely recommend they know what they’re doing

My RV battery wasn’t working and I wasn’t sure what was wrong with it. Brought it to Premiere and he tested it, charged it for me and carried it to my car with a smile…all free of charge! I am so thankful since most garages could have charged me for that. I really appreciate their awesome customer service!!

Best shop in windsor took our trailer tire here after being turned down from 3 other shops guy comes out says he can do it takes him 2 minutes and did not charge him even when we offered to pay 20 more dollars i 100% recommend this to everyone in windsor essex
