Equipment has been updated and the parking manager is quick to respond if needed. Europro own several lots in the downtown core and can provide monthly stalls as well as short term parking.

No phone number to contact? Charged my credit card 4.00 randomly sept 14. Was in Kitchener in August and paid for parking then. Makes no sense

What a mess. I got to this building at 10.05. Tried to leave at 10.20. It spit the ticket back out and said not accepted. I had to get a 5.00 ticket. I started paying with coin the realized I had no more change after $2.00 I put in a 500 bill which it would not accept. Longer story short I had to wait for security to let me out at 10.58. The original ticket issued said 08/05/17 . What the heck! Fix your machines. Apology for a waste of my time? I doubt it!
